Except that it never does.
You are correct sir. If I recall correctly, it was Reagan, and maybe others too, who said this is destined for the ash heap of history.
The only things communism EVER produces, is hunger, refugees and dead bodies.
Bless him and his project. If he builds it, I won’t go. But will it survive as planned? Maybe a decade or two. Maybe it will collapse before then.
Hey
We don’t need another hero
:)
Why is it that people who become fabulously wealthy from capitalism turn into communists?
So...it’s wealth diparity that will bring down America? And, this from a billionaire who got his seed money peddling mostly foreign made goods to middle and lower economic class citizens of the US?
Can’t wait to watch this train wreck play out...
Dr. David Jeremiah delivers a sermon on socialism.
It is tough love. The sermon starts at about the 20 minute mark and runs to 1:07.
It is well worth your time.

Where do we go from here?
Jonestown revisited
or
Antelope, Oregon
This has been tried around the world but it just doesn’t work.
In one month they’ll be shooting at each other. Man cannot creare Utopia.
Build it in Kalifornica. You can call it New Harmony or if that name doesn’t work they could call it Jonestown.
“create”
No it’s way to enrich him and others of course when the inevitable, and they won’t have to wait long, collapse occurs and they get federal tax dollars (our money) to bail them and the residents out. It’ll be a miserable failure
That’s a tough one. Almost like what came first, the chicken or the egg?
150,00 acres divided up for 5 million people comes to about 1,300 square feet per person. That includes streets, highways, parks, lakes, public buildings, entertainment centers, etc. It really means that everyone of the “people” live in high rises. Only the elites get their own houses.
Good luck with finding 5 million suckers, at any price.
***I predict this Woke city will be a huge failure.***
Like all the Hippie Communes built around Taos in the 1960s.
Where are they now?

Could I suggest the San Andreas Fault, land prices must be fairly attractive right around there.
