Only major commune still working is The Farm I know of ......near Hohenwald TN....since 1970

This guy Lore has a keen ability in e commerce and self promotion

He got Walmart to buy his Amazon competitor Jet for 3.3 billion

They wrote it down four years later with him as CEO but he did build their online substantially in house in the meantime

He will probably do this..,
