I guess it will be racially mixed with the same percentage as America, but will it be same percentage for sexual orientation, wealth (err... Forget that), political orientation (🤓 yeah right, no Conservatives need apply).

I guess the public buildings will not be named for anybody in history. I guess, the school there will be the Indoctrination Center #1 for the elementary school and the high school will be Indoctrination Center #2. The sport team will be either the snowflakes or the Indoctrinators!! 🤓

What would even hold the city together? Is there a shared religion, ideology -- or even institution, like the Mayo Clinic, where many of the city employees work, or a university, where student-faculty-staff populations can comprise a mini-city? No one is going to just "move" somewhere without an attraction or reason. The great cities of the world grew organically -- often trade or commerce centers, with the same ethnicity or national community. Without a purpose for being, or shared culture, the city will fail.

This guy probably imagines a bunch of happy-sappy PC types, proudly declaring their pronouns and giving each other warm fuzzies. Creepy as hell. City shouldn't just be rezoned; it should be called THE TWILIGHT ZONE.
