Chinese State Media has just released a document that states the USA is engaging in biological warfare and other transgressions against China, is this a declaration of War?

China declaed war in Nov 2019 when it unleashed the virus on the world. 2020 by interfearing with our elections, and 2021 by just being a bunch of assholes in everything they do. Yet for as big and bad ass they claim to be, Taiwan hasn’t been touched yet. Personally I think Chinas ass could be kick with a world wide boycott of their crap and give them there worse nightmare, 3 billion pissed off unemployed and starving Chinese. Let the Apples and Walmarts go under. It will be worth it!

China does even need to launch missiles. China has about 200 missile silos under construction. Those missiles will have multiple, independently targetable warheads. Let’s use 1000 warheads in total as a very conservative estimate. (The real number is more like ten warheads each.) The US has about 150 Minuteman silos, with each missile limited to a single warhead due to an old treaty with the Russians. We have some submarines with additional missiles, but they have an unknown number of surface ships with missiles.
Faced with those odds, the current political and military leadership will surrender whenever the Chinese demand it, to avoid total destruction.
But like Jonty 30, I think they will use an EMP. They will want the US land mass primarily for farming, and EMPs will not damage the resources. They might even use an EMP AFTER we surrender. (That’s great book by the way.)

They may sound like each other, but they have one large difference:
a biological attack is not set up to devastate the enemy. They are set up to make them not want to fight. A nuclear attack is set up to make them not able to fight and destroy them.
China is aware that if the first ICBM launches, the world is through. So they punish the world, not destroy it. It’s all a game.

The Chinese fully understand the significance of a powerful nation being led by incompetent military and political leaders. I wouldn’t predict war, but who can even guess what they are going to demand and receive from Biden.
