Chinese State Media has just released a document that states the USA is engaging in biological warfare and other transgressions against China, is this a declaration of War?
Even before the outbreak of the Wuhan virus, China was blaming us for introducing viruses that were decimating their poultry and hogs. They even claimed that we were spreading the viruses via drones.
Why would China declare war on an administration that is already at war with the USA?

They should have been nuked back across the Yalu River.

China expects to beat us with indirect means rather than a hot war: buying U.S. politicians, buying U.S. media voices, social media bots & influencers, cyber espionage, currency manipulation, buying up world resources through 3rd-world politicians/warlords, election meddling, Covid, etc.

History, should teach us that China will soon be attacking the US, and at the minimum, our bases scattered across the Pacific. Guam, Japan, Alaska, Pearl Harbor and even Bremerton and San Diego should be taking defensive actions post-haste. The irony is that Japan has warned of us of Chinese intentions to attack Pearl Harbor.
