My brother has two friends that had covid and after taking ivermectin in two days found relief including their sense of smell returned.
Why aren’t they prescribing it for human beings?

I call bs too. An entire tube of horse paste is 113 mg of ivermectin, there are trials of ivermectin that have been close to that amount (one used 168mg) with no major effects. My guess is, if the story is even true, they used the kind that has other ingredients like the “plus” versions.
