mRNA vaccines for infectious diseases: principles, delivery and clinical translation
If anyone wants to get into the weeds of mRNA vaccine technology, recent article in Nature Reviews: Drug Discovery will get you there.

It’s in a Nature publication so, or course, they tow the company line and load up on propaganda/misinformation. If you ignore that [there’s quite a bit of it], the description of the technology may be informative to you.
They also show the structure for some of the lipids that are included in various LNPs….some I haven’t been able to find before now (informative)…..and some of them scare the he!! out of me. Focus is entirely on efficiency of delivery and/or targeting to specific cell types or organelles. Safety and long term effects be damned.
The lipids in the LNPs are, in part, selected because they pass through (or fuse with?) cellular (and/or organelle) membranes. Far too many questions remain (and don’t look for answers any time soon)
-are these lipids metabolized and, if so, into what?
-do they accumulate…if so, where?
-are they degraded?…is so, and how are they excreted ?
-how toxic are any of these events, given repeated injections with LNPs containing different viral mRNAs.
There is also a page of mRNA gene therapies in development/trials for a number of other viruses plus listings of current clinical trials for SARS CoV-2 gene therapies (also informative).
Note that the researchers’ support comes from NIH (NIH Directors New Innovator Award), Translate Bio [company heavily invested in mRNA ‘vaccine’ development and other mRNA therapeutics], and the Wadhwani Foundation.
Caution 2: as noted there’s a lot of misinformation in the paper….some obvious omissions as well [such as the effect of modified nucleotides on mRNA stability…it’s enhanced]. One bit of misinformation that seems to be rampant is this : “Unlike some viral vaccines, mRNA does not integrate into the genome, obviating concerns about insertional mutagenesis” [forget about possibly turning your cell into a perpetual spike protein factory]

I'm thinking this might be a good substitute (oral use only). How long have you been using it? Any other comments?
When I was shopping for the Ivermectin, I did notice that there were paste tubes that catered to dogs, cats, chickens and other farm animals. The Ivermectin percentage was much smaller.
Some blessed person here last night mentioned that Ivermectin is deadly to some dog breeds. I find this weird because Heartguard does contain Ivermectin although a tiny dose.
To play safe I'll have my GSD tested for heartworm and then purchase the product you bought. So thank you for the link. :-)
