The baby boomer “progressives” in government are pretty much evil scum too. Their children are sure to be even worse.

There were a lot of articles in the late ‘80s and ‘90s speculating about what effect mood-altering substances like Ritalin would have on kids taking them when they grew up.

Maybe we know, now.

I am generally reticent to criticize people based on the era they were born in, and Millennials are no different. I know there are smart and conservative Millennials, but I will say this:

There seems to be (as the author states) a far higher percentage of young people who buy into socialism, Marxism, CRT, and political correctness than there ever has been before.

Born on third base, have no idea how they got there, and don’t know enough to run home.

And they want to change the rules.

LGen Y/early Millenials, video games took the place of learning, so no homework completed, so the only way to get a 2.5GPA and still get to skrewl your way to university was to ape exactly what the teacher said, not teaching, not free speech, but mere mimicry.

The teachers settled for it because socialism, but it still required ridiculous artifacts like jerking the slack out of the SAT by 200 points, so your now dumbass kids could still get into State U.

Mid/late Millenials, forget it, now just repeating agitprop dogma is fully enshrined as "learning", and so the MSM/Derp State is loading social media with the same complete lack of expectations. And these kids are truly as dumb as dogshit.

Compute the average age of the ComPost/NYeT/MSM/White Hospice staffers -- the kowtowing no-nothing clueless mandarins who fill social media and the cable with gak.

TJ Ducklo prime example, picture is next to "clueless" in the Millenial dictionary, national press secretary for Biden campaign, gets into the White Hospice as #2 for messaging, then verbally assaults a, wait for it, Millenial reporter, which in turn highlights his Millenial girlfriend Alexi McCammond's nasty-**** tweets, and she loses her Teen Vogue EIC before ever setting foot in her new office.

Every generation has good and bad. The future will suffer from the past. That has been the way of late. The youth will suffer from the past debts, the outsourcing, immigration jihad, and the vast amounts of entitlements created, etc.

And boomers were not spoiled, entitled, brats? That’s rich.

I spent my life following Boomers through school, and then in the workplace.

Hardly anything was better after that group went through it.

My generation is arrogant and ignorant. All those gold stars in elementary, AP classes in high school, and advanced degrees at university yet many can’t think for themselves or identify India on a map. And they lack any ability to do things on their own in a work environment. They want to be told exactly what to do. But don’t you dare criticize the quality of what they do. That’s sexist, homophobic, and racist. Brainless, idiotic twats.

the brattiness was also fostered by the exponential increase in divorce and play marriages. Both parents trying to outcompete themselves by buying things for the kids. Conversely, a mother or father more interested in their own future partner, or dating scene, than the kids, leaving the kids feeling disassociated and unconnected.

Young folks who like that idea of socialism do not realize that if it were to become the new government of the USA, they can kiss their smart phones goodbye and forget Tik Tok! These young people believe in a world that is fair and wonderful and freedom from rules and laws and corporations. Yeah...they have no idea!

I don’t think this generation is any different or lazier. The deck has just been changed and for whatever reason the system does not work for many young people these days.

When I grew up, my parents bought a home working normal hours as a taxi driver and waitress. And we could afford 2 cars and nice vacations. Camp upstate for the entire summer for the kids. I was able to buy my own home at 23 after 1 year at an entry level office job without a day of overtime. Today’s young people think I was dreaming when I tell them this.

Today the same lifestyle for young people is affordable mostly to the generational rich (including family connections to get certain jobs), those willing to risk their body or people with rare talents doing jobs like software engineering.

If you are an average young worker doing something that isn’t likely to break your back by 45, you are barely staying afloat these days. They see billionaires getting richer and all costs rising while salaries remain stagnant.

Revolution and collapse is 100% inevitable if enough working people can’t afford a home and food by playing by the rules
