These people kind of drive me nuts.
I live in Hawaii, I get every kind of natural disaster you can think of( although I do have to drive to be in a blizzard, Mauna Kea summit).
Why is so destructive to you guys and you don’t you prepare?
Don’t you examine flood maps, don’t you do due diligence.
Or is it that you are willing to live in dicey areas and expect everyone else to CYA’s?
That is the most likely story.
