Looking at my copy of The Constitution I see no place that says I have to follow all orders given by people who are suppose to be PUBLIC SERVENTS under penalty of death.

Ultimately what is or is not Constitutional is an individual choice. We the People are the ultimate determiners of all facts and law. That is where jury nullification comes in. That is why the courts are so afraid to allow jurors to know their right to determine the law.

Well, unless there is a law that prohibits UT from instituting a mask mandate, they have the right as the property owner, to dictate the requirements of access to their campus. When told to mask or leave, the student should have left. Since they escalated, the school involved the officers to trespass the student. If you dont leave when the police tell you to leave, then you get dragged out / tased / arrested / etc.
Sure, but how do we express that power? By electing or appointing legislators and judges or by just rolling our own on a case by case basis?

I remember my classmates coming out of the injection room after receiving their Polio shot. They were sobbing with big tears rolling down their cheeks. In those days the needles used to inject the Salk vaccine were thick and hurt like a bee sting. Some of my classmates fainted. As they came out of the rooms, they were met with giggling and laughter. We knew that the vaccine was necessary and we should solder the effort to defeat Polio. The irony was when many came out with a big grin and said, “There was nothing to it!”
Our class had 60 “sheep” who were led to the slaughter. Right? WRONG! That vaccination effort led to the eradication of Polio in the United States. Those patriotic Americans who said, “There was nothing to it,” want the same eradication for COVID-19-Delta. We are not Nazis and to compare us with them is a disgrace for you.
Why are you trying to malign the effort to win the war against COVID-19-Delta that is now the cause of 83% of all cases in America? Are you a tool of the Communist Chinese who are pushing for the defeat of America in the war against COVID-19-Delta?
