Even when I was a punk 20 something, I knew that you don’t backtalk or sass a cop. Just suck it up and go. If it wasn’t a uniformed officer, I would’ve told them to pound sand.

A Citizen has a right, no, a duty, to resist unlawful and unconstitutional orders.
A police officer has a duty not to enforce unconstitutional orders or laws.
Looks like all those cops wanted a piece of him.
Any school that required masks would be a school I wouldn’t go to. Why aren’t more people fighting this?

Given the Supreme Court’s qualified immunity jurisprudence neither proposition is true as a practical matter unless the Supreme Court has explicitly declared a practice unconstitutional. Hasn’t happened on this item yet.
