Looks like the pizza cutter’s hub came apart. The probably just threw away the handle and cutter disc and didn’t see those parts.

Hi.
If the customer and the Dominos person who took the order, spoke “English,” I could still see this happening.
For example, instead of I want the works, she could have said, include all the nut and bolts.
