The military is no different here, today than any other military through out history.
They are perfectly capable to drift or defect totally from the Constitution.
Who arrested and detained the Japanese Americans in detention camps during World War II?
Who forced the Cherokee to walk the trail of tears, as they dropped dead along the way?
Who opened fire at Kent State? Unarmed college idiots, yes, but unarmed and not attacking the Soldiers.
The FBI (a para-military organization) routinely violates the constitution.

Thanks for the intel. So, she’s a truck driver. Very important for expeditionary logistics but, from my brief and dated experience from the late 1980s, not so critical when it comes to domestic “problems”.
Her bragging is all empty tough talk. She’s a REMF. Like comparing a taxi driver to a cop in Chicago.
They are also operating with little girls who believe their own childish fantasies.

Do you actually think that’s real? She would have been uncovered by now
I don't know what hairstyles are required for women in the military, but I find many complaints on line about keeping hair in a tight bun under older rules. Women soldiers who've been in the army a while might well have chosen to cut their hair short to avoid the problems.
You probably don't want somebody extremely feminine in the army. That doesn't mean the women who aren't are all lesbians.
Go watch the full clip of her video. She’s explaining to some woman’s rant, why Marshall law is not a good thing. She’s not wrong. What you’ve been watching is selective editing.

oh look, somebody who just got out of nco school and thinks she’s all that.
She has no authority to summarily execute me; she has to make me a pow if I’m an enemy or she has to arrest me under charges. Then she’d have to explain to her boss why she made me a pow. And why she pointed a weapon at me. Because martial law is a temporary thing and there’s always an accounting. Nor can she enter my property without due cause. She can enforce curfews with her presence, and she can enforce a restriction on free speech and even force-relocate me on presidential order, but that would be pretty much only if US soil was invaded. And a president has to watch his p’s and q’s along with his presidential orders.
