Monday, August 24, 2021, was an exciting day for the Pfizer vaccine. Not only did the Food and Drug Administration fully approve it, but it will also be marketed under a new name. Going forward, it will be known as Comirnaty. It should be a day for celebrating. Finally, a vaccine for the coronavirus has won the coveted FDA stamp of approval! Now everyone can be vaccinated with complete confidence in the safety and efficacy of the vaccine that has come to be the gold standard for fighting COVID-19.
Not so fast! In December 2020, Israel launched a campaign to vaccinate its entire population. The country has one of the highest vaccination rates in the world, with 80% of its population over the age of twelve fully vaccinated with both shots of the Pfizer vaccine. By June 2021, there were whole days where not one COVID infection was reported. Hooray! The Pfizer vaccine has crushed COVID, and it will never rise again!
Except that two months later, in August 2021, Israel's highly vaccinated population has one of the highest rates of infection in the world. Today, roughly one in every 150 persons in Israel has the virus. The miracle-working Pfizer vaccine waned in only six months, and the vaccinated seem peculiarly vulnerable to Delta, the new COVID variant that has caused almost all the infections in Israel.

How come in the USA, we are being bombarded by news that over 90% of those hospitalized are among the UNVACCINATED?
Yet, in Israel, it seems that the MAJORITY of those hospitalized are among the VACCINATED...

First off: Science?!?! “Science” now has the same purpose as “racism.” Science now means you either believe what the left believes or you are not “following the science.” Fauci said it best when he said he was science.
Second: The vaccines were always said to be like the flu vaccine. Sure, you can still get the flu with the flu vaccine but the symptoms aren’t as bad and the recovery time is shorter.
It is the lovely Dr. Fauci who promoted the fallacy that the vaccines would, in effect, irradiate covid. He knew that they wouldn’t but perhaps, for some odd reason (cough) he wanted to oversell the vaccine.

There are several hypothesis as to why the vaccinated are the majority of cases and illnesses in Israel now, but they all generally boil down to one theory -
‘shut up and get the shot.’
It is a deception.
The currently available EUA injection has not been approved.

I went for a check up yesterday. I was surprised how much time my physician spent hard selling the vaccine. I’ve been going to him for about 5 years and that’s the most he’s ever talked to me.
He made two points that I will consider.
#1 - The vaccinated don’t get as sick. (I need more info on this).
#2 - The variants arise from unvaccinated because until your immune system ramps up, your body is covid’s playground. (Makes sense).
It was a surprise how much he was pushing the vaccine. If I were to get vaccinated, he has no gain, I wouldn’t get it at his office.
It’s called lies. The Israelis are probably telling the truth and our government and media are not. Please keep in mind the stipends paid to the hospitals for the treatment of COVID patients are still being paid which makes it very easy to pay their costs incurred by indigent care.
This is turning into abortion - for adults.
Every “government” in the world is in favor of it, Israel included.
In Israel COVID is treated seriously as a national defense and security issue with stats kept, research done and so on.
Here in the USA its political correctness and propaganda all the way.
Israel does political correctness and propaganda to some extent to drive the population to do things like the third dose but there’s more honesty in some cases by default.
They have to keep track of things watch closely to make sure nothing funny is going on and to figure out anything they can come up with to treat symptoms and or shut down the virus.
My hand is way up in the air, i know, i know, pick me, pick me!!!!! Someone is lying to us. let us see if we can cypher who... Why would the gubmint of Israel lie? prolly wouldn’t, not about that. hmmmmm who is left, pun intended.
Because Israel has higher overall vaccination rates?
Let take a population of 1 million people, and assume the infection rate is 50% for the unvaccinated, and reduced by 70% by the vaccine to 15% for the vaccinated?
If you population is 90% vaccinated, you’d expect the 10% unvaccinated (100,000 people) to have 50,000 infected, and the 90% vaccinated to have (900,000) to have 135,000 infected.
If your population is 65% vaccinated, you’d expect to have 175,000 unvaccinated infected, and 97,500 vaccinated
infections.
The numbers are just for illustrative purposes only.
