Really important questions here. The one thing PFE managers are afraid of is lawsuits. They are playing games with wording and of course are trying to force profits and revenue. And these vaccines work for less than a year but they also kill people.
When the health nazis FULLY mandate White House, Congress, SCOTUS, CDC “vaccination” get back to us.
This trick allows the government and private companies to mandate their employees get vaccinated with the unapproved but available Pfizer vaccine based on the approval of the unavailable BioNTech one. Most people will fall for this because they are not aware of the scam.
Well stated. The BioNTec vaccine won’t be available for 3 or 4 years, since it will take at least that long to meet required analyses. I don’t know where testing fits in all of this!?
Further, the indemnification goes away at this point and Pfizer can be sued for the injuries that newer vaccine causes.

Anyone who has been injured I strongly suggest you get 2nd and 3rd+ opinions from a MD who will NOT BLOW YOU OFF and who will document your medical record ASAP. You ONLY HAVE 1 YR FROM INJECTION DATE TO FILE FOR CICP BENEFITS AND YOUR HEALTH, LIFE, OR SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE POLICY WILL NOT COVER SO CICP IS YOUR ONLY OPTION. READ CICP INFO ALSO CICP VS NVICP... Make sure you have your ducks in a row when you file because there are NO APPEALS! GO READ YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE EVIDENCE OF COVERAGE (EOC) THIS IS NOT COVERED AND INJURY WILL NOT BE COVERED. My Blue Cross CA plan is clear Experimental Treatments or Procedures are NOT COVERED unless you are in an approved clinical trial. Under clinical trials it states A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM BLUE CROSS IS REQUIRED and even with it your benefits are reduced to “Routine Patient Care”. ALL INSURANCE IS THE SAME. I am a former claims appeal and grievance investigator for a major health insurance co. Your only chance to get any coverage is to file for CICP benefits. Everyone needs to read their health insurance documents “limitations and exclusions”, definitions, etc and request full info on limitations and exclusions from your life insurance or supplemental insurance plans through the Department of Insurance and your insurance carriers. It saddens me to know so many people who have been injured or died did not look at their insurance documents before joining the ongoing clinical trial and trusted people who clearly were mislead or lying to them. If you were injured please understand you have a time limit to file and even if your health insurance paid your claims now that doesn’t mean they won’t reverse payment later when your medical record shows it as the root cause for injury. If that happens after the 1 yr to file w CICP is expired you could be left responsible paying all the medical bills. You need to stand up and fight for yourselves and find a doctor who will acknowledge the vaccine caused the injury for two reasons 1) to get proper treatment and 2) so you can file for CICP benefits BEFORE ONE YEAR FROM INJECTION HAS PASSED so you are not stuck paying all the medical bills. DO NOT GIVE UP AND KEEP FIGHTING FOR YOURSELVES!
Find a vaccine injury attorney ASAP. Hint that may help is if your health ins plan sent you a marketing email to get it, but the email never said a “prior auth” was required may be a good attorney could fight for your benefits... I believe sending marketing to get it without saying it requires a prior auth to get reduced coverage of “routine patient care” and it’s not covered W Out approval makes a good case for you to fight for coverage. You can also file a grievance with the Department of Insurance as well. Good luck. My heart goes out to everyone who got hurt. The lies pushed by our government, a corrupt medical establishment to mislead good md’s & nurses, mockingbird media and big tech to cover this up is how and why this happened to you and I believe they are all responsible and liable plus if your employer mandated it you have a work place injury claim too. OSHA stated employers mandating need to keep track of injury for that very reason if they mandate it becomes work place injury and worker’s compensation claim can cover you for your injury. Take notes on everything w dates, times, etc. find any correspondence related to it from your insurance co, your employer pushing you, etc. AND START A FILE NOW TO KEEP TRACK OF IT ALL!!! God Bless

I think they are playing this game so people THINK that the experimental vaccine IS the vaccine that hasn’t been developed yet. It’s a shell game. NOtify everyone of a fake FDA ‘approval’ and they all troop to their clinics and get the EUA ‘vaccine’ in the false belief they are getting an FDA approved (rubber stamped) vaccine that hasn’t been made yet.
Right, I get what they are trying to do.
But how could the FDA state the one which is currently under development... IS now approved? Is that a normal practice, if so, that is really shocking.

No, it’s not possible as far as I know. Normally this is all a snail’s pace series of hurdles which take place over 12 years or more - nothing I’ve read every said they rushed to approve something not developed.
Similar to the way Pelosi got Obama care through. DemonKKKrats always obfuscate and muddy the waters with conflicting statements-even if the comments are mutually exclusive. Reality does not matter to them.

It seems like anyone who’s employer is using the new authorization to try to force them into taking the jab must try to get in writing that the employer is requiring specifically the new approved “Comernity” vaccine.
Since this one, A. won’t be available for awhile and B. will at least hold Pfizer liable for damages, I might be o.k. signing a document agreeing to it.
We need to get this out there.
Insist that your employer put in writing that they are requiring you to get the COMERNITY vaccine.

Comirnaty is the BRAND name. It’s a LABEL. They are slapping it on the exact same Pfizer formulation.
That’s it.
It is the same drug.
They’ve been administering it in Europe under the Comirnaty Brand name since JANUARY.
It’s been approved in Australia since July under the same name:
Pfizer is a GERMAN company. COMIRNATY is the brand name. Once full FDA approval is granted, they can package the material under the brand name.
I am with you that the FDA rubber stamped this. The “full approval” was political without regard to safety.
But to simply make stuff up like “Comirnaty doesn’t exist” is asinine.
Oops, meant to say Pfizer is working with a German company.
