This is like Australia, where the public is limited to 5 kilometers (or less) from their home, they can only ‘exercise’ with one other person, and they are instructed not to speak to their neighbors.

Woman Refused Lifesaving Medical Treatment Because She Declined COVID Vaccine (Alaska)

Courtney Chavez, of Wasilla, suffers from multiple autoimmune diseases, a blood clotting disorder and a bleeding disease. Since 2007 the stay-at-home mother of two has received life-sustaining treatment for her bleeding disease from Dr. Michelle O’Fallon, co-owner of Alaska Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in Anchorage. In late July, however, Chavez said she got a call from Dr. O’Fallon’s office informing her that she was being dropped as a patient because she has declined to get a COVID-19 shot.
For the past 14 years, Chavez has driven into Anchorage every 28 days to receive medication at Dr. O’Fallon’s infusion center. On Aug. 17, she was unable to receive her monthly treatment due to the clinic’s new policy.
“It is the only reason I am alive today, because the disease almost killed me,” Chavez said of the infusion treatments. “This is the only medication that my body has responded to.”
The Watchman obtained an Aug. 11 letter written by Dr. O’Fallon’s office advising Chavez on how to seek medical services elsewhere.
“Your physician Dr. O’Fallon also feels that if you are so opposed to the vaccine and not willing to heed her medical recommendations that this is not a healthy working relationship and has released you as her patient,” the letter states. “She will provide you with 1 month (from the above date) supply of your prescription medications that you receive from her while you find another provider.”
So far, however, Chavez has been unable to find a location that can treat her condition.
According to Chavez, Alaska Internal Medicine and Pediatrics is dropping all patients who do not take the experimental COVID shots. This, despite the clinic’s claim on its website that, “Meeting your medical needs in a timely and responsive manner is our top priority. Additionally, we encourage patients to take an active role in managing their health care for the best patient health possible.”
And as I said before, the only way the PHARMA/Manufacturer is liable, is if they fail to put an adverse event warning on the insert. Then the injured can sue the company directly.
And the other way is if they commit a felony in violating the anti-trust laws for example, then their immunity from lawsuits is altered.

VAERS_ID: 1293657 CA 34 PFIZER\BIONTECH 2021-05-05 34 y/o male with no PMHx presenting in cardiac arrest from home. Per pt’s wife, he received 2nd dose of the Pfizer vaccine roughly 24 hours prior. He complained of arm soreness yesterday afternoon and some chills this morning, took Tylenol for these symptoms. She found him unresponsive in bed after speaking to him roughly 2 hours earlier. Per EMS, patient was in asystole upon their arrival. He received ~ 30 minutes of prehospital ACLS and an additional 20 minutes in the ED and remained in asystole throughout.

Patient lived alone and was unable to be reached on Sunday March 21. I went over to his house and found him deceased in his bed. Patient had a trashcan beside his bed and it appeared to have some blood in it. Patient had thick mucus coming out of his mouth and blood coming out of his nose. According to paramedics he had passed a few hours before finding him. Unfortunately Patient has been cremated so there is no way to say that this was related to the Covid 19 shot from Johnson and Johnson, however there are new reports that blood clots have been a side effect. I would like to speak with someone from the Department of Health to discuss this further. I feel this could be related to the vaccination and I would to know how long the Health Department knew about this possible side effect. If patient would have known sooner that the blood clots were a side effect I feel he would have gone to the Emergency Room. Patient had no health insurance and he was trying to prevent getting Covid. This has caused our family so much heartache and we are all very apprehensive about getting the Covid Vaccine ourselves. Please contact me as soon as possible, I am also patient’s executor so I am able to speak to you on behalf of patient and our family. Thank you.
