The AZ Senate isn’t left leaning. The Maricopa BOS is 3-2 Republic yet they inexplicably refused to obey a subpoena for the routers and passwords. They’re the bad guys here. The group pressing for the audit documentation is pro-Democrats. They’re trying to fight back against the election audit results and shouldn’t be rooted for because they’re also the bad guys in this case.

Our culture, morality and ethics are a far cry from what they used to be. There’s little to no pushback on corruption and fraud anymore. Neither party has any integrity.

It may not be the end but its an endless mess.

The “previous 2 audits” in Maricopa County were routine audits to make sure the count was correct and the machines were working as expected. This audit is a forensic one that will examine the machines carefully as well as reviewing every single ballot for anomalies and accounting errors. As a RW “conspirator,” you should be in favor of this latest audit instead of poopoo-ing it. Your comments seem to indicate that you really aren’t interested in guaranteeing election integrity from 2020 onward.

These are public findings and belong to the people who paid for them.

Did the public pay for them, or were they paid via donations? I do believe they were paid a scant 150,000 of public money, and the bulk (millions) came from donations.

But this is why we continue to lose, because we demand of our side one thing. Granted we demand the same from the other side, but are always successfully thwarted via the court systems. Giving in does not provide us with more clout when we request the same from them next time they obstruct sunshine.

Arizona Senate still trying to hide from election fraud exposure

Not sure what you are saying with that sentence. Are you calling the forensic audit a sham?

It’s my reading of the previous two audits that a forensic examination of the election machines was indeed done. As far as recounts, they did not hand count all of the ballots, only selected precincts.

You appear to be right on that. However:

The SLI Compliance report specifically state that they didn’t examine USB connections.

Neither did an actual ballot examination.

I don’t know what happened or how, but when so many people are scrambling to hide and obfuscate, I figure there must be something going on.

I wouldn’t trust the Maricopa County Elections Department as far as I could throw them. Though I would enjoy doing some empirical testing. (To be fair, that goes for most of the Senate too.)

The SLI Compliance report specifically state that they didn’t examine USB connections.

I read the opposite. The appeared to examine USB connections in in their item 4 for all the types of machines.

4) USB history, to determine if there were any unauthorized wireless or USB ethernet
devices plugged in and to determine if the systems were connected to an unauthorized
network connection via a USB device

I wouldn’t trust the Maricopa County Elections Department as far as I could throw them.

Why? The Republicans that run the county elections don't appear to be Biden supporters. And even if all of them hated Trump for some reason, it doesn't make sense that they would want democrats to win the Senate seats. In any case they didn't do the audits.

Very simple. The "Audit Committee" was appointed by someone, and is the group who hired Cyber Ninjas to conduct the audit. This "Audit Committee" was also opposed by the Arizona Senate, however unsuccessfully, and the audit was conducted (and still is ongoing).

In my opinion, your focus on "left wing Dem agendas" is extremely naive and misleading. "Left Wing" does not necessarily mean "Dems", or "Republicans", or even "RINOs" (of which there are plenty of each, even in Arizona). It really means increased centralized government control, at the national or one world level. Current best examples are China, Japan, Venezuela, Iran, Cuba, etc.

The republiCANT election board of marcopia county has been fighting this audit every step of the way...
Courts have ordered them to turn stuff over, and they refuse.

That, combined with them filing suits against the Senate, tells me these bush league chamber of commerce worshipping republiCANT’S are indeed our enemy.

Now, if you are saying you back our enemies, well......

Your question "Not sure what you are saying with that sentence. Are you calling the forensic audit a sham?

My answer: Absolutely not. The audit appears to be very effective at exposing major fraud in that election.

I am observing that the Arizona Senate, by their continuous objections to this audit, seem to be overwhelmingly guilty and attempting to avoid exposure.

Here is someone else's observation:

Are you on heavy opioids and strong alcohol?

The senate is the good guys. The bad guys are the obstructionist Maricopa Board of Stupidvisors.

Maybe you are a far left nutbag troll.

Our elections are also "public findings", but we aren't getting much transparency there, are we?

G. Drudge; I dunnoh. For all we know the AZ Senate was saying that they do not possess the records so can not / do not have to respond. The Media and American Oversight then distort this to "They want to keep the records secret!"

“The Senate has taken radical positions to obstruct basic public access to information about its so-called audit," Austin Evers, American Oversight's executive director, said in a statement. “It has tried to get away with outsourcing the audit to a third party and argued that the public has no right to enforce transparency laws against them.”

Anytime I see someone calling the election audit "radical" I doubt their bona fides. I also notice that the Associated press presents only one side of the situation. They do not present any representative for the AZ Senate.

The whole audit was conducted on line for the world to see. They could see the methods. The RESULTS of the audit have been conveyed to the Senate, they will start to review them Monday.

The more I think about this the more I begin to think this is just a smear job that they are trying to present before release of the results.

Okay, they examined connection logs for specific items. I’m pretty cynical. It’s usually the parts people leave out that matters.

5) While the systems examined showed no malicious or networking related USB devices being connected, the systems examined didn’t provide a physical or a digital method of preventing unauthorized USB devices to the systems. In this particular case, County policy drives control of USB connectivity.

Front Cover:
Prepared for: Maricopa County Elections Department

I honestly don’t know what reports to believe any more. It seems like everything is so filled with weasel like statements that when you dig deeper it can be interpreted any which way.

On the bright side, there’s very little I can do about it so I guess I’ll just stock up and see what happens. :)

Hmm... Thanks for your concern, I think...

Actually, also thanks for the indication that the opinions I express are important enough to attract irrational feedback from detractors. Makes me feel proud...

Perhaps the demon rats want the materials exposed BEFORE they have to turn over the routers, etc. or go to jail. If the materials are released before the valid subpoenas result in jail time for the obstructing parties, then the obstructing parties can claim the routers are no longer an issue related to the ‘made public’ audit materuals.

Okay, I was hoping that was what you were saying.

As for them releasing the audit, I have no fear that they will. Because they have done such a top notch job in doing this audit, I will let them lead how they proceed.

Like you, I am very anxious to see what they have uncovered. But I am not in such a rush that I am demanding they release it until they are ready to do so. For I trust their judgement completely.

They are waiting, and I assume they are waiting to be able to get the routers, which will fill in the gaps that they are currently missing. Those missing pieces will be the hammer that nails the coffin shut I feel. So patience is truly a virtue sometimes. 🙂

You're drunk.
