Is US VP Kamala D. Harris an Illegal Alien?
Updated note (at links below) describes how her mother's evasion of her nationality on Kamala's 1964 birth certificate, helped evade "India Quota" immigration restrictions that were in effect in the year 1964.
Amendment XIV
Section 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Constitution overrides all other statutes.
The key term and phrase of the above is: "and (subject to jurisdiction thereof)"
In the case of Kamala's parents (who lied on official documents to gain and hold their student visas) this claimed application of the law requires clarification by the courts.
Please examine the available link and documents, as this is discussion of substance with very serious implications.
Also in October 1964 US births to persons who were 50% of India parentage, were subject to the quota of the 1952 Mc Carran Walter Act (which limited India to 100 immigrants per year).
Kamala's birth certificate evidences her mother's action to evade that immigration limitation.
The documents and language are quite clear. Please consider those facts.

NBC was born of US citizens on US soil. It was so widely accepted that the term was used without definition in the constitution. Everyone knew it. That is, until obambam came along and turned us into an oligarchy over that issue.

A natural born citizen is the Posterity of We the People, the citizen children of citizen parents.
The President was expected to be chosen from the Posterity of We the People in order to secure the Blessings of Liberty from being undermined by foreigners.

The Posterity of We the People are the offspring (future generations) of citizens of the United States.A naturalized citizen becomes We the People via naturalization, and their offspring become the Posterity of We the People, too.

Even simpler SCOTUS decision: NO ONE in America has standing to say that a person is ineligible for that office. No One.

What was meant by natural born citizen was defined in immigration law as having two citizen parents. The law was superseded and the definition was not in the new one because it only covered naturalization. And children of two citizen parents overseas are automatically citizens. We are a blood country, not a land country like England. They are subjects. The founders intentionally broke with that precedent.
