Apparently this soldier was carrying the remaining US flag out of the US embassy in Kabul today

That flag represents the USA and should be guarded at all cost from our enemies. I have words for this: “God bless the USA”. Thanks to that soldier.

Thank you.
Actually my father was hit in the head by a shell fragment in the Philippines and had to have a plate in his skull. He survived and made it back later to have my sister and myself and to make a pretty good life in spite of it all. He was never 100% but did okay. Never felt sorry for himself that I know of.
May God bless all who have passed who protected our nation by their military service.
