Folks who know of me and my writings are aware that I do not speculate much. But I am going to go ahead a take a leap on this one…
… I fear the current American government is about to collapse.
As I’ve written before, I no longer believe in the left-right dynamic. It’s the ‘narrative-of-the-day’ vs. the rest of us. The evidence is in everyone faces:
• An almost 20 year campaign end with an embarrassing defeat, leaving both civilian personnel on the ground told to hide in place, untold billions of military hardware left behind for our sworn enemies.
• National borders left un-protected, while an unchecked, state-sponsored invasion takes place, with the invaders carrying diseases being used as justification to make Americans ‘enemies of the state’.
• Pending legislation that can only cause un-checked inflation.
• Selected members of the Judiciary using un-checked and un-lawful powers.
• The nation’s treasury being looted; and our currency being devalued – with no end in sight.
• Threats of preventing travel between states.
• The silencing of voices, and the attempted prevention of like-minded Americans to even communicate.
• Pressuring states into nationalizing all elections, thus removing the checks and balances • A questionable (to say the least) election that put these people in power in the first place.
The faith, trust, and respect for this government has been lost – both here and abroad (read the foreign news if you don't believe me). We can skip all the coming CWII talk. It’s already here; we’re already in it. As of now, my only hope outside Divine Intervention is action by state legislatures.
Does anyone think anything will be normal around here by or beyond September 11, 2021?

The only thing more incompetent - or dangerous - than a Biden presidency is a Harris presidency. And unless she has a heart attack that is inevitable in the next couple of months and probably the next couple of weeks - or maybe days.
So yeah. It looks like this is it. Be prepared.

This is not the fall of Saigon, or Benghazi, or even the fall of Tehran.
This is more like Hitler marching into Austria-Hungary.

It’s overwhelming to consider the matrix of things that should be done to be prepared.
In previous generations yes, without question. Such an incompetent government, wracked by multiple failures at all levels, would have resigned in disgrace.
However, today's elitist/leftist has no shame. No-one will resign out of embarrassment. They will deflect and spin and blame others for their failures. The flip side of the coin is many *want* these kinds of disasters. For them, this is everything going according to plan.

This doesn’t address OP but just as a sideline - I feel ya here.
It would take a massive amount of money to properly be “prepared” or to defend all of our assets and lifestyle.
but when one heads for the hills, they aren’t heading to another home with a stocked fridge and fast internet. I’m not sure if you’re literally talking about being overwhelmed to prepare and that I’m translating this correctly. If I’m wrong, let me know.
But the best preps you can have is knowledge. It weighs nothing and the more you have, the less fear you have. So take the following into account: It’s all collapsing, and it may not be a bad thing.
Once Rome became an empire, subject to the frequent palace revolutions that resulted in a change of the Caesar, sometimes with really bad outcomes for both the ruling class and the common people.
Those who will not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Often referred to, but seldom taken to heart.
There are no lessons to be applied at the moment. When you are going through hell, keep going. No matter how far it is to the other side.

The US is no where near collapsing or going into CWII.
If you get off the internet and just travel around the country is not any different than 50 years ago. People greeting and and saying hi to each other.
I went to a antique car show this weekend. Everyone happy and did not hear a single word about politics.
My suggestion to you is get away from TV and the damn internet. It will drive you into depression.
Well, step one is putting your faith in God, rather than politicians, your own money, guns, etc.
Life is a mist, followed by eternity. Live it accordingly.
It certainly does not bode well that everybody in Washington DC seems to have their "out of office" messages turned on.
I'm reminded of a time when I worked for a small company early in my career. They were having financial difficulty and the name of the company changed three times while I was working there. Our paychecks would sometimes get refused for insufficient funds and the owner would tell us to take our checks to a different bank.
One day I go in there to work and the owners office was dark and empty. In fact, nobody with a manager's title was there. My co-workers and I sort of went through the paces for an hour or two until we realized that the phones weren't even working. We decided to go home for the day. Next morning, we come back. Now the building had a big orange sign stating that it was seized by the IRS.
Never heard from that owner again and never did collect my last paycheck.

Jan 6 2021 the Insurrection
On a/the key government level IMO it already has. On a country level, I’m thinking we’ve about a 12-month descent to go still.
Be prepared for another domestic hit, or hits here, before or on 9-11. We’ve been quietly infiltrated over the past 20yrs, and the terror cells might soon be given their “go orders”. I hope not.
After 50 fake collapses I’ll go with no.
The current American government needs to collapse for the good of everyone living in this now God-forsaken nation. And be buried so deeply it can never reappear.
I very much doubt we will be so lucky.
