The document states it’s for low-resource areas (Third World) and mentions a camp in Kenya. I consider this neither hugh nor series……

The document was published a year ago, before there was a vaccine and when it was thought a vaccine would not be available fro a couple more years. So maybe it isn’t as imminent as some would like to pretend.

Nevertheless it is a totalitarian-inspired plan which, if there was ever an attempt to implement it, should be met with lethal force under the Second Amendment.
