“I will seek the president’s approval to make the vaccines mandatory no later than mid-September, or immediately upon” approval by the Food and Drug Administration, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin declares in a memo to troops obtained by the Associated Press. “I will not hesitate to act sooner or recommend a different course to the President if l feel the need to do so.”
The requirement could be moved up to an even earlier date if ‘infections continue to rise,” and restrictions such as “wearing masks, social distancing and travel limits” will apply to unvaccinated service members in the interim. The Associated Press reports that “Military officials have said that once the vaccine is mandated, a refusal could constitute failure to obey an order, and may be punishable under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.”

Service members who have not yet taken the vaccine have been subjected to forced testing and quarantine, as well as compulsory mask wearing.
What if you’ve had it and have antibodies? They’re still going to make you take a shot?
Notice the date of September 15. The fix is in. The FDC has the vaccine approval already printed. The only remaining question is, will this foregone approval be required to list ALL known side effects like all other drugs or will they come up with a way around mandated side effects of the drug?

So much for your statute (does not exist, it’s 100% regulation) and “International Law” which is has not been accepted by treaty in the US.

No, all military members DO NOT take an oath to ‘obey the orders of the President and the orders of the officers appointed over me’.
My oath for 25 years was to ‘support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, ...’

I wonder, if the FDA certifies the vaccine before the end of the year, would that violate their long-standing practices of taking a decade to approve something like a vaccine? Would the fast-track approval of the vaccine be subject to an injunction in the courts to assess whether the decision to approve it was made for political reasons, just like how the Democrats went to court to block the citizenship question on the census form?
Wouldn't the census issue be a precedent to ask the court to make the FDA show documentation of its process that was used to come to the conclusion to approve the vaccine in such as short timeframe, just like how the Commerce Department was ordered by the court to show?
And while this is moving through the courts, wouldn't that give a reprieve to the soldiers in the military who don't want to take the vaccine?

For what? What good can come of it?
It is irreversible and lots of very bad things can happen.
The government should be sued for all the stuff they mandate soldiers take that has sickened so many for life.
These young troops hav about as little voice in this matter as the unborn.
Who will protect them?
Making criminals of the sort of troops who support America and are not woke supports the Socialist takeover of America which is ongoing. All dissidents will be eventually disposed of if the collectivists remain in control of the country.

I believe that you are incorrect about that.....
Sorry, I was incorrect. I think that a few years ago, There were two versions of the oath for officers and enlisted, but it seems that they are the same now.
A court martial is much better than a military funeral.
