Camping at Devil’s Backbone campsite in western Virginia and randomly bumped into James O’Keefe at a fried chicken shack several miles away. Recognized him immediately but he was also with some Liberty U students which kind of confirmed it in my mind before I said hello. Shared a picnic table with him and chatted for a while.
He said he’s involved in an Oklahoma play down road. He said it was for people who’ve been canceled by the communist theater culture, many of whom were outed for so much as liking a pro-Trump Facebook article or things like that and are now otherwise blackballed.

Devil’s Backbone isn’t far from our weekend home. We usually have lunch at Basic Necessities in Nellysford when we go through that area.

You know, I thought about taking a pic and now regret not getting one. Not that I’d post it on the Internet anyway but would have been cool to show friends and family.
Cool. This was at an Exxon station in Roseland which weirdly is known for their great fried chicken. The play James was acting in was right around the corner from there he said.
