Has anyone submitted to their employer a religious exemption declaration/request against a mandated COVID vaccination policy? How did you format it, and what info did you include?
My company is requiring any exemption documentation be submitted no later than Sept 13th.
Has anyone submitted one and been questioned?

“conscientious objector”
HMMM, I wonder...
This is where a good lawyer for us little people would come in really handy.
i can’t in good conscience, take a vaccine that a government tries to force on people without knowing whether or not it will harm them, and i can’t in good conscience accept the government’s science since it has changed steadily al through the pandemic, and i can’t in good conscience accept the CDC’s word for anything since they came out and stated that they can’t tell the difference between covid and flu with their tests for covid-
My conscience won’t allow me to put crap in my body that hasn’t been tested well enough to determine it’s safety.
The left screamed about HCQ, Hydroxycloriqine, being ‘too dangerous to take’ despite many decades of safety records- yet they want us to jam a substance into our arms that they can’t say with a even a modicum of confidence that it won’t cause massive unforeseen damages to us?
Some states allow a philosophical exemption.
I agree totally and personally know several medical staff and college students who are are devastated, including myself, of having to be in this position.
We are Catholic - heard of some bishop or archbishop who ordered priests NOT to sign any exemption forms. We won’t ask - we’ll just state our faith. Ben Edwards gave the short list to expand upon.
Home - Walkout Wednesday

Thanks for the link, hope it balloons to ‘walkout week’s because it’s gonna take a massive effort to break through the powerful left’s stranglehold on media. They won’t report on a day here or there, but if enough people walk out for long enough. Causing issues with commerce, traffic etc, the left will be forced to cover it, but likely Wil, do so portraying the protests as ‘dangerous’ and ‘unnecessarily disruptive etc.
There is a spiritual war going on where the soul of this nation is at stake
That’s a fair point.
Lingering in the back of my head is that, released under EUA, the existing PCR was developed absent the isolated COVID virus. Teams were still working to “capture” the bug in isolation as the test was being released for use. I don’t believe they’d even got a complete “spike” protein isolated, yet.
About two weeks ago, someone I was listening to read off at least a partial roster of the various bits that were put in the PCR test stew; I couldn’t reproduce the list, but it did strike me at the time to wonder Howe they thought they could be accurate building it without any pieces of the actual bug.
They were working without a direct sample of SARS-CoV-2, but they did have the complete nucleotide sequence in hand. So the test was designed based on that. You can then test it by inserting the specific sequence you’re testing with into another virus and do your testing with that. It’s easy enough to do with modern technology.
The risk would then be if the Chinese lied about the nucleotide sequence. They certainly lied about plenty of other things. Thankfully, what was provided to the world was accurate to the original Wuhan virus. SARS-CoV-2 was then isolated and sequenced, and that’s been done many thousands of times since then around the country and around the world. That’s how you track the emergence and progress of variants: you sequence the whole sample taken from a positive specimen and see if there are any changes from your reference.
The real disaster is that CDC opted not to use the already available and working WHO test for SARS-CoV-2. I still haven’t seen anything that tells me the WHO assay isn’t perfectly functional. CDC spent weeks mucking about creating their own and not allowing anyone in the US to use the WHO tests. They then managed to screw that up to by shipping the first batches of test kits with contaminated components. The US lost a solid month of being able to track and contain this bug while CDC sat around doing nothing of value. It’s difficult to say how many Americans died because CDC was incompetent with the test kits, but I think a very conservative estimate would put it in the thousands.
Our view of humanity expounded under The Declaration of Independence, reflected in the sort of government defined by The Constitution, and further refined by the roster of God-given rights we acknowledge, allows a man to claim philosophical exemption to the hurt of the entire nation.
The individual is honored above the whole.
An American inducted into the military can, during time of war, claim to be a “Conscientious Objector,” and be thus insulated from the perils of combat. Certainly, then, an American NOT in the military, during time of peace, must enjoy equally vast access to rights of conscience, be they every bit as inconvenient to the rest of the nation.
We will honor a man’s conscience to our national detriment in time of war, permitting him to lay down arms when all others are taking them up; we must certainly honor a man’s conscience to our national detriment in time of peace, permitting him to lay down what all others are taking up.
I’m not so lenient with the CDC and their bungling; I attribute much of that to intentional foot-dragging intended to tar Trump’s Administration as inept.
TDS cost actual lives.
Bkmrk.
why not document your objection(s), religious or otherwise?
for one thing, if you don’t document, what happens when you go to get another job? or file a lawsuit? for instance, you can prove that you were fired because of conscientious objections if you have documentation.
what is the down side the bishop is worried about?
[ Suddenly claiming you’re a Seventh Day Adventist when you walk in every morning with Starbucks might seem a little off...]
I am a Catholic, and have the confirmation records to back up my faith.
What you're looking for is a state or corporate religious punishment exemption from COVID Sharia Law.
Thank you!
Also, why would an employer whose employees work from home be told they must get the shots? My daughter works from home and her employer put out a notice today to get the shots. There is no office she goes to, all her work is done online.
You are both correct but you don’t realize it.
The fact that someone can test positive for SARS-CoV2 and have no symptoms means that having symptomatic disease isn’t necessarily tied to testing positive for SARS-CoV2.
One can:
1. Test positive for SARS-CoV2 and have no symptomatic disease
2. Test positive for SARS-CoV2 and have Covid
3. Test positive for SARS-CoV2 and have some other symptomatic disease
4. Test negative for SARS-CoV2 and have some other symptomatic disease
5. Test negative for SARS-CoV2 and have no symptomatic disease
The low incidence of flu last year was due to #3. That is also why the CDC is changing the test.
