In 2003 Randy Jirtle at Duke University used 4 B vitamins to block the DNA transcription process of Agouti Mice that were genetically predisposed to cancer, diabetes and obesity. It blocked the transcription of aberrant DNA utilizing a protein sleeve that blocked the replication process.
The unusual thing was that the offspring of the pregnant mice who were fed the supplements did not have the negative attributes and neither did the next generation.
I have been fighting fatigue and severe cramping ever since my J&J vaccine, after having Covid in January 2020. I started on the mega B vitamins, and it appears to have cleared the symptoms.

When fed the vitamin B12, folic acid, choline and betaine before, during and after pregnancy, the animals gave birth to thin, brown pups.

Epigenetics is the study of how your behaviors and environment can cause changes that affect the way your genes work. Unlike genetic changes, epigenetic changes are reversible and do not change your DNA sequence, but they can change how your body reads a DNA sequence.
DNA methylation and histone acetylation occur at specific sites called CpG islands in coiled DNA molecules. These processes are modulated by transcription enzymes that respond to catalytic processes that occur in the nucleus of cells all the time to control gene expression. This is why cells make only specific proteins even though they have all the DNA for every possible protein in the body.
The mRNA molecules are prevented from entering the cell nucleus by a boundary and therefore can not have any effect on DNA. The mRNA is transported by enzymes in cell protoplasm to ribosomes where it is processed into COVID spike protein. When this is expressed on the cell membrane it triggers the immune system to make antibodies against the real virus.

Seriously I like this. BIG KUDOS! I’ve avoided enormous costs and negative health debacles over the last several decades by doing this type of research.
My vaccine was April 2nd.
I started the mega B doses along with some C, and after a week my fatigue is gone and energy has skyrocketed.
The vaccine paralyzed me for a week. Haven’t felt well ever since.
Another unusual event was that on the evenings of night 7 and 8 after the vaccine, I drank a glass of whole milk. Within 30 minutes my body was covered in red blotches and itched like a 2 day old sunburn. Benadryl resolved it.
My theory is that the homogenized milk produced lipid particles that transported the spike proteins in my blood.. pure speculation..
A few days later I drank raw milk that was not homogenized with no resulting symptoms.
Inquiring minds want to know what is happening...

Epigenetic can be temporary or permanent. However, toxins in the environment can reverse the positive epigenetic effect, and did in Randy’s experiments at Duke.

I got Covid-19 January 25th, 2020 at the Chinese New Year Celebration in Chinatown Bangkok Thailand.
It was full blown 3 days later when I was in Northern Thailand, near the China border.
But, by the grace of God, I had taken a prescription of Hydroxychloroquine along as a prophylactic for malaria as I was scheduled for a several day trip down the Mekong River through Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. I started taking the Hydroxychloroquine 3 days ahead of the upcoming trip and it worked like magic on the Covid. I didn’t put 2 and 2 together until much later.
Thanks for posting and I’m really glad you are feeling better. Can you elaborate on what “mega B” vitamins means or entails? I’m taking B12 along with C, D3, K2 and Zinc now.
Not being snarky, but if you had covid, why take the jab? You should already be immune, right?
