When I click “print” and then “pdf” does that negate the printing?Not really. Just be sure to save the pdf file in a place you can find it, then you will be able to open that pdf file and print that.

I do not recommend swallowing Xylitol. It causes stomach upset in a lot of folks.

Normal saline nasal sprays can dry out the nasal passage, actually leaving it more irritated and susceptible to external contaminants. Only if you over-use it.
"Normal saline spray" kicks azz on post nasal drip, which unchecked usually turns into a cold or sore throat. I've nipped many a cold onset with this cheap but highly effective product.
The salt kills pathogens by pulling the water out of their structure.
This is the only way to get the salt to the infected area, gargling is ineffective except for the back of the mouth and epiglottis.
