A conservative talk radio host from Tennessee who had been a vaccine skeptic until he was hospitalized from COVID-19 now says his listeners should get vaccinated.
Phil Valentine’s brother, Mark Valentine, spoke at length on WWTN-FM in Nashville on Thursday about his brother’s condition, saying he is in a critical care unit on supplemental oxygen, but not on a ventilator. Phil Valentine has had an afternoon talk radio show on the station for years.
“First of all, he’s regretful that he wasn’t a more vocal advocate of the vaccination,” Mark Valentine said of his brother. “For those listening, I know if he were able to tell you this, he would tell you, ‘Go get vaccinated. Quit worrying about the politics. Quit worrying about all the conspiracy theories.'”

He wouldn’t be in the hospital if the CDC did not prevent doctors from treating sick people with medications. This plandemic and hospitalizations is the act of the CDC.

I heard radio guy Mike Gallagher say that his doctor put him on weekly Ivermectin...I wonder how many doctors are going this route. The horse medication is sold out at my local Tractor Supply!

The "news" is replete with stories recently (true or fake, I don't know) of people who have been vaccinated and still got the covid. Getting the vaccine does not stop the transmission of the virus. So how would getting the vaccine have changed this poor man's situation? He is having normal human regrets looking backwards in his rearview mirror.
Having said that, this story is "conveniently" secondhand from the man's brother instead of from the patient directly. It's also reported at PBS, spread by the Associated Press, both notorious Left-leaning sources with liberal agendas. The cynic in me sees this as just an anecdotal opportunity by the Left to dispel so-called misinformation about getting the vaccine or choosing not to.
It's entirely possible I may be in this man's shoes in the future, having contracted the covid without getting a vaccine, but his story will not change my mind about not getting the jab.
My health and medical care are too important to be determined by a story in the liberal media.

It is very believable that any non vaccinated person regrets it after being hospitalized.
I have not been vaccinated. Dont plan on it because no Dr will tell me its safe in my particular situation
Of course i will regret it if i am laying in a hospital bed with Covid.
But still not getting the vax yet. Just trying to avoid getting Covid at this point.

I have news for you. He would have gotten the COVID regardless of the vaccine!
They are pushing the vaccine for other reasons. The least of which is to prevent COVID.
Ivermectin does not work. And in many cases delays care. Let me help you with some real medical advice. Freepers. If you choose not to be vaccinated, if you should become with Covid without delay begin decadron six mg a day and without delay find an infusion center to receive Regeneron. They are in all major cities and any primary care or specialist physician can write for this actual life saving infusion.
Otherwise you are gambling with your own life listening to people who have never practiced medicine tell you how to treat a disease. I have used ivermectin in the treatment of Covid. It is neither a cure nor a particularly effective control of the disease.
And I have not been paid a nickel by big pharma. I just don’t want to see someone else die a needless death because the believed something to not be entirely accurate but certainly well promoted
It appears to be a crap shoot either way, take a vaccination or not. If you take the vaccination, the resulting side effects (which are still not known in full, or even very well studied) can be as devastating as a full-blown case of the COVID-19 Wuhan virus. The recovery rate for patients who contract the disease is for the most part somewhat better than the recovery from the side effects of the vaccination, which may have mutagenic effects changing the genetic structure of the body’s cells, and lasts the remainder of a person’s lifetime.
Hydroxychloroquine-zinc-azithromycin protocol for treatment of entrenched COVID-19 infections works, regardless of the propaganda put out warning against it. So does treatment with ivermectin. But these treatments are ignored or disparaged because, in real terms, they are cheap, and return nothing to the Big Pharma enterprises.
As a prophylaxis, supplemental zinc plus some ionophore like Vitamin A or C, quercetin, or the aforementioned hydroxychloroquine keep the virus particles from replicating, stopping the infection cold in its tracks. The body’s own immune defenses then have time to react to the new invader, and begin to develop antibodies against any symptoms of the Wuhan virus infection.
Masks. Do. Not. Work. At least not effectively, in preventing the transmission of the COVID-19 virus particles. But they do provide visual assurance that the wearer is a highly compliant and unsophisticated subject of whomever dictates their use.
He is 60 years old! Every middle aged person and up should get the vaccine because the risk of side effects - though significant - are less than the risk from the Virus.
That being said, I signed up for J&J but got Moderna when the original vaccine was halted. It triggered immune system issues like dermatitis and arthritis. Wish I had waited for a non mRNA vaccine.

Across this country right now whether you like it or not those hospitalized are overwhelmingly the unvaccinated. In my region 97% of roughly 1000 hospitalized are in vaccinated. Additionally of the 30 or so regional cases that have broken through not one…zip…zero…nada have progress to phase 3 illness and critical illness.
So in reality what you should have said is there the vaccine likely orevents you from getting the disease and I’m cases where it does not even work Delta strain it absolutely prevent you from becoming critically or fatally ill.
And as I have said previously. Don’t get the vaccine if you don’t want. However if you do get sick and have Evan one risk factor don’t screw around with therapies that are weak. Get without delay decadron and regeneron. This will turn your disease course around immediately and with a high degree of certainty.
There are treatments that actually work well over 95% is the time unequivocally. These are the steroids and moniclonals. Get them. Without delay.
