Too much evidence might show that this was all a government orchestrated event. I think this January 6 story, the election fraud story and the social media propaganda/censorship story are cresting just at the right time for powerful election 2022 material for conservatives.

US people in November: We’d like to know the truth.
Government: Nope.

US people in December: We’d like to know the truth.
Government: Nope.

US people on Jan 6: WE WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH!!!
Government: You’re all under arrest.

Judge in July: I’d like to see the evidence.
Government: Nope.

Discovery is a fundamental right every criminal traditionally has had, but now will be denied to political prisoners. The same with the right to bail and right to a speedy trial. All bets are off when politics are the basis of charges. The fascists are in charge.

I could understand detention of those who began tearing stuff up on Jan.6th. I've watched many videos of that day and there were bad actors. Remains to be seen if these were infiltrators to the Trump/conservative cause.

That said, Ashli Babbit did not deserve a bullet to the throat, nor did hundreds of peaceful protesters deserve to be jailed without charges for weeks/months on end.

This is an attack on political dissent...plain and simple. Just like the days of the East German Stasi or Soviet KGB.

It stinks to high heaven and those responsible need themselves be jailed.

“Lawyers for the USCP insist the recordings can’t be released for fear doing so will give wannabe insurrectionists too much information about the inside of the complex;”

Sounds believable(sarcasm)

How did the protesters get into the Capitol Building?

Battering Ram?

The thing is, the amazing amount of quality video on Twitter showing the USCP opening the gates and happily waving the Capitol tourists inside, is practically all the defense needs...

"Harvey demanded to see it for himself. “And anything you show to me . . . I’ll issue a minute order to release it to the public as well.”

Jackson informed the court she would submit the missing video evidence on Friday."

So, this release of USCP surveillance supposedly happened yesterday. Where is it?

America has a gulag full of political prisoners that would make even Stalin and Mao smile.

Their goal is to convince Americans that domestic terrorism is the #1 threat to “our democracy” and they will leave no stone unturned to that end. Because that’s how they hope to end the second amendment.

Anyone who still supports the Democrats has a criminal heart.

It could be a neighbor or a friend or a relative.

The role of the USCP outside of the Federal Triangle has turned into quite a big deal, without anyone realizing it.

They are not part of the executive branch, and they do not derive their authority from an Article III court.

The 'complex' being the U.S. Capital. I was unaware this was a secret installation like the NSA or Area 51.

...prosecutors want to keep Morss, an Army ranger and high school history teacher with no criminal record, behind bars until his trial can begin next year.

So the fascist Biden DOJ is going to hold these people in solitary confinement for over a year, then trot them out for a political show trial before the Midterm Elections. Sick. Corrupt.

There aren’t any billionaires, or conservative legal groups’ which can help these political prisoners? Thanks Trump for forgetting the forgotten men.

History repeats and this appears to be a form of a 'Star Court' as found in the reign of the Tudor Monarchs. Without our Constitutionally mandated separation of powers, Executive/Legislative/Judicial, the 'Court of Star Chamber' (full formal name) was an instrument of the monarch's privy court with his close officials acting as judges.

In these cases, as opposed to courts of 'common law', the judicial constraints / safeguards for the defendants are reduced or eliminated for the convenience of the monarch. To the King, it was for efficiency, to the subject, it was a threat!

In this panoply of 6 January cases, the Executive, Biden Administration, is withholding potentially exculpatory (innocence-refutation) facts from the defendants for the government's advantage. Rights of speedy trial and 'habeas corpus' become delayed as the defendants lack the information to dispute the prosecution's case. For precedent in Federal Prosecution of withholding exculpatory evidence, see Republican Senator Ted Stevens (Alaska)'s ugly case (2008) and others.
