The NYT Magazine article works hard to push Black Rifle Coffee management as half-hearted cultural warriors.
When you read and watch what the company actually said about the Kyle Rittenhouse incident, they simply did not want to be put in the middle of it.
That seems a wise decision.
The NYTs piece trys to paint them as sort of semi-woke...

What they did, was say they were not sponsors of Kyle Rittenhouse, after it was implied in a Blaze ad.

Well, the old adage of “Either you are for us or against us” comes to mind. They could have done what most companies do. Say nothing. By saying something, they by default, picked a side because anything they said....anything...will be spun one way or the other.
Then, they decided to be interviewed by the NYT in the first place. That in and of itself, regardless of what they said, speaks volumes. Those on our side never speak to the nyt, cnn, msnbc, nbc, cbs, abc, washington post...ever.
There is no abstaining in this CWII.
I never buy peets coffee for the same reason I will never but brcc again.
Never, ever, assume anyone from the military is automatically on the right.
Also, ask “Where did the money come from?” in any “right leaning” company.
BRCC isn’t bad, but they are a brand, just like starbucks.
So while I enjoy the coffee, I would rather by from a local shop than someplace that really seems to try to talk out of both sides of their mouth.

This company is based in Salt Lake City.....Mormons who even though they have big families and espouse traditional values and who I like and most importantly have pretty women....often come up short on culture
I think the brass here are poorly informed and are listening to their publicist and marketing people who are without question likely leftists

I’m very disappointed ....these boys running this juggernaut that went from zip to 100 million in sales very fast need to get informed
The founders are all combat vets....tier one and two operators
They sadly have a habit of saying stuff we like and then walking it back
They need a grown up that shares the views of their market to guide them through this....best approach to me is avoid day to day commentary and focus on patriotism and vets and making decent coffee

He is a serious combat vet..and very personable ...he needs some coaching ...his heart is without question in the right place

Just for cucks and cowards. My entire life has been about carving my own way in a way that is not cancel-able. Self pub books, all under my control. If Amazon cancels me, eff them. I’m on my 4th week in a boatyard, DIY, scrambling like a monkey on crack up and down scaffolds and lying on my back under the hull and bent like “Twister” in my engine room, doing my 30 year penance. Shaft out, engine loose, new externals, new mounts.
But if the Stasi takes me to solitary, short of going for the horizon, eff those Nazi Commie bastards too.
