Harvard legal professor and Trump legal defender Alan Dershowitz made clear that former President Donald Trump is wrong in his baseless and consistent claims that the 2020 general election was stolen. The fact that he made these claims to Fox News host Sean Hannity, in full view of millions of Hannity viewers who likely disagree, is no small thing.
Hannity started the conversation by discussing ongoing audits of elections in key swing states that went for President Joe Biden, arguing that the audits were a healthy exercise for the body politic as people need confidence in the results. This ignores the fact that many people see the audits as a politically motivated effort designed solely to undermine that very confidence, and that the results in Arizona and Pennsylvania had already been certified and vetted and recounted during the end of 2020.
Dershowitz followed Hannity’s intro by making two salient points. “Number one, there’s never been a perfect election,” he said. “JFK’s election wasn’t perfect, George Bush’s election was imperfect and the current election wasn’t perfect.” He then added, “Number two, the evidence seems to strongly suggest that it wasn’t stolen and that the outcome was right.”
Gregg Jarrett then opined with his signature Gregg Jarrett-style analysis, after which Hannity noted: “a lot of these states were very close.” He then hypothetically asked Dershowitz “what if an audit shows that a state would flip, and what would the remedy be, professor?”
“The answer is crystal clear, no one knows,” the Harvard professor replied. “It’s never happened. The supreme court would duck the issue in the way it ducked to the issue in 2000, in the way it ducked the issue in 2020 and 2021.”
And then Dershowitz doused any embers of hope some Hannity viewers might have that Trump could be reinstated as president. “There would not be a reversal of fortune, a reversal of the election. That would not happen, unless we found — unbelievably — it didn’t happen here, massive, massive, deliberate fraud. But it’s just not going to happen.”
“I think we have to look to the future,” he continued. “We have to accept the fact that Joe Biden is the President of the United States, he will be the president of the United States until the next election but we have to make sure that future elections are transparent.”
“It’s a very unhealthy thing in a democracy if 30 million, 50 million people don’t trust the outcome of an election,” he said. The election has to be trusted and for that we need transparency and that is why I’m in favor of audits,” he claimed because he is confident they will show “lack of perfection” and that the election wasn’t stolen.

The reason they will get caught this time is they didn’t anticipate Trump would get the votes he did. The had to come up with things at the last minute and got sloppy.
I think people should go to jail. Cheating has to stop. I don’t think Trump gets to go to the White House before the next election, but in the eyes of the world he will be President.
That blows up Dervishowitz’s narrative right there. He admits he’s just fine with Biden’s destruction of the Constitution.
Dershowitz may be under pressure. His name was on flight manifests to Epstein’s island. He has vigorously protested but there may be suppressed evidence or other areas where he is vulnerable. Dersh has often gone off the plantation to argue for fair and Constitutional treatment, this time not so.
If the Democrats succeed in covering up the election, it will be a green light for bigger and more extensive fraud than occurred in the last election. Democracy will be truly dead.

He would have at least picked his own advisers instead of trusting the GOP-e to do it for him.

Anyway, a reasonable person would have said, “Let’s wait until all the audits are in.” But that not what Dershowitz said. So something is definitely going on with him.
It may be better for these places where it is being found to release interim reports so at least these talking heads could hold up a legal or at least semi official document. Wave it in their faces while referencing specific passages etc. It is simply more conducive to serious dialogue than twitter or news conferences IMO.
Hannity is totally oblivious to the findings in AZ and GA. Fox is MIA on election fraud. Cowards. Afraid of Dominion.
The numbers in Az are coming out and they look very bad for the democrats. Dershowitz wishes. Nothing he can do.

2. If Trump had run as an independent in 2016 he wouldn't have done much better than Ross Perot in 1992. In case you don't remember, Perot won ZERO states and only finished second in one state (Maine, I think).
He was a visitor to Epstein's island. He is being sued by Virginia Dufrey for sexual abuse when she was 16 years old.
Those pictures/video tapes that Epstein had from the island are other locations are now in the hands of who? The FBI maybe, the CIA maybe, the Mosad maybe, the Clintons maybe ?
SOMEBODY HAS TAPES of a lot of powerful people having sex with underage girls/boys. There MAY even be recordings of things much worse than that. Most likely Deshowitz is on those tapes doing something he does not want the public to see. So, he says what THEY want him to say. It's a nice law practice, Fox news commentator and Harvard professor gig you got there. It would be a shame if something happened to it.
