I’m guessing this will put to rest any idea that the Seahawks will want Sherman back. The Seahawks recently let go of some rookie that they just got a few months ago due to him being investigated on murder charges.
Although the Seahawks have been very forgiving for some crimes and hold on to folks to wait and see and let them go through the justice process, it sounds like they drew the line on a murder investigation.

Thugs in Canton...alongside REAL men like Johnny U, Bart Starr and the rest. His record should keep him OUT of the Hall. But since he has the protective melonen count he’s a lock to get in.
I’m cancelling my trip to Canton.

If the dude was still in his prime I’m sure the Seahawks would sweep this all under the rug and stand behind him.

is a 5x Pro Bowler, Super Bowl Champ, and a lock to be immortalized in Canton, Ohio. Maybe not as much of a lock anymore...

The Seahawks recently let go of some rookie that they just got a few months ago due to him being investigated on murder charges. You know it's bad when the Seahawks won't hire a guy just because he's possibly a murderer. They're usually pretty open minded about such things. On the plus side, he's probably already been reached out to by the Cowboys...

Sherman actually finished Stanford with a 4.0 IIRC and although he’s literally straight outta Compton is a thinking, reasoning human being. His antics on the field were not unlike those of tennis player John McEnroe - coming from being competitive and wanting to get inside his opponents head. Point being he may look gangsta but he’s really led a pretty ok life. Without knowing any more details - it sounds like a domestic situation gone horribly wrong and probably some really poor choices made.

And go figure, the one guy the Cowboys passed on because of character issues was Randy Moss.
Big Mistake....HUGE!

It’s a domestic violence case, and arrests for domestic violence can happen to any man posting here, based on an accusation by an angry wife or girlfriend. I’d put the judgments on hold until more facts come out.
To: alstewartfan
Typically, the notion of “burglary domestic violence” refers to someone entering or refusing to leave a house or dwelling within the context of a domestic dispute. For example, someone who gets locked out of a house during a argument with a spouse or significant other and then breaks in potentially has committed “burglary domestic violence.” I'd like to hear the facts of what went down before I pass judgement. This could be totally non-violent argument with a nutty woman who locked him out of his own house and a far cry from him being a wife beater.
