Many counties require a solicitor to obtain a permit from the Sheriff’s office. If so, ask for their permit and call the cops if they do not have one. Follow them as they leave and ensure they know they are being followed. ID them for the cops. Photograph them, it makes them nervous. Post their picture on the web.
