Israel’s “precision medicine” for COVID-19, which tackles the immune overreaction that causes deterioration from the disease, will start a second round of clinical trials in Greece next week.
The testing comes with interest in coronavirus drugs sky-high, amid spiraling cases in several countries where widespread vaccine protection isn’t expected anytime soon, including India, where there are more than 300,000 new cases per day, and Nepal, where hospitals are struggling.
The inhaled drug EXO-CD24 was given to 30 patients in moderate condition or worse, and all of them recovered, 29 of them within three to five days. In February Tel Aviv’s Ichilov Medical Center revealed that it had invented and started testing the drug, calling it a “huge breakthrough.” It has since been subjected to further testing in vitro and on animals in Israel, and has performed well.
Another small human trial is planned for Israel but the main trials are moving to Greece, as Israel has few hospitalized coronavirus patients following its successful vaccination campaign.
“Now we will start Phase 2 testing, and it’s important to advance this drug as there are countries that don’t yet have vaccines,” said the drug’s inventor, Prof. Nadir Arber, a senior doctor at Ichilov. “We still need drugs like ours, which can be produced rapidly, efficiently and cheaply.”
Explaining how the drug works, he said: “It inhibits the cytokine storm, which is the overstimulation of the immune system, intervening precisely at the place where the ‘fire’ is. It’s precision medicine.”
In February, on the same day that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with Arber and asked him about his “miracle drug,” the premier lauded the drug to visiting Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, who suggested that a Greek hospital run a clinical trial.

I am leery of politicians touting new miracle drugs. Chemistry is not their expertise.
Wow! Another “miracle drug.” There have been so many of these over the years. I’m surprised people don’t live forever.
Awaiting the quietly announced removal of the drug from the market.

What is EXO-CD24?
According to Ichilov Medical Center, EXO-CD24 is “an innovative preparation based on CD24-enriched exosomes, which is administered by direct aspiration into the lungs to eradicate the cytokine storm resulting from the COVID-19 virus.”

Dr. Shiran Shapira, director of Prof. Arber’s laboratory, who has been researching the CD24 protein for more than two decades, explained that “the drug is based on exosomes, which are cleavages that are released from the cell membrane and used for intercellular communication. We enrich the exosomes with CD24 protein. This protein is expressed on the cell surface and has a known and important role in regulating the immune system.”
On the other hand, Prof. Arber adds that “the preparation is administered by inhalation, once a day, only for a few minutes, for five days. The uniqueness of the preparation lies in the following facts: a dual mechanism that acts to inhibit the pathway’s action leading to immune storm and multiple cytokine secretion.
“The preparation goes directly to the heart of the storm to the lungs so that, unlike many other preparations in the world that are administered systemically, selectively inhibit a particular cytokine or act more broadly, but cause severe and multiple side effects, EXO-CD24 is administered topically, works broadly and has no side effects. It is an advanced preparation, which can be produced quickly and efficiently and at a very low cost, produced in all pharmaceutical facilities in the country. In a short time, it can supply the total global consumption.”
According to preliminary studies, this drug developed in Israel has cured 30 patients in serious condition. In 29 of the cases, the patients improved between two and three days, and most of these patients were discharged between three and five days, while the other patient took more days to recover.

The concerted Media artillery barrage against Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) was necessary to keep the TrumpRid19 plandemic going without interference from a therapeutic that works, in order to rig the "election" successfully.

Not a precise explanation for a precision drug. Does it suppress the immune system? If so, how? I know, let's all take it on faith and give it EUA.

which is one of the main therapeutic actions by both HCQ & Ivermectin (the other is that they lock on to and block the covid spike at the ACE II receptor activation/penetration site, thus blocking the virus from entering cells and thus preventing virus replication)
If it’s not screwing with my DNA/RNA and not derived from aborted fetal cells, I may seriously consider this. In addition to my Ivermectin
I read a while back that a company in Portugal was making a traditional vaccine with the whole dead virus… instead of the mRNA crap.
Not sure where they are in the process.
