My dad passed away in February, and was roughly the same age as Shatner (dad would have turned 90 at the end of July). My dad was bald, wore glasses and had a moustache for as long as I could remember, so I never really made the connection, but after he passed, I was sorting through some old photos and found some from the mid to late 60s, just before I was born. I was struck by how much his facial features resembled Shatner from that same era.
