Does Early COVID Treatment Work? Waiting for the US government medical establishment to suddenly allow frontline doctors an early treatment protocol like those used in India

Last year I asked my family doctor what he could do should I contract the virus.  He shared that there is no approved early treatment for COVID patients at his level other than to recommend self-quarantine and wait until symptoms either go away or become severe enough to require hospitalization.  This same rule applies to frontline doctors nationwide.  For many patients (especially for the elderly and those with a compromised immune system) this delay is often too late to prevent debilitating side effects or death.

There was a recent surge in COVID-19 deaths in India, but at the time the cause was unknown.  The surge was alarming because, until April 2021, India’s average daily deaths per million remained well below one per million, unlike the U.S. that peaked above 10 daily deaths per million in January 2021.  India was one of the few major countries with an effective early treatment protocol and it included hydroxychloroquine (HCQ).  India launched it immediately at the beginning of the pandemic and it was very successful in keeping deaths low.  It likely helped that India manufactures almost three-quarters of the world supply of HCQ.

New information indicates India’s recent surge may have been linked to a new ‘Delta’ variant of the virus.  This variant is now named after India and is causing some renewed concern worldwide.  However, the following chart shows India’s death trend has once again dropped below one per million daily even though only 3.96% of its 1.4 billion population is fully vaccinated as of June 26.  In comparison, the U.S. has 45.5% fully vaccinated.

India’s recent surge in deaths may indicate the widespread early treatment protocol using HCQ is less effective for the new variant.  However, it is more likely that because of its long-term success, local medical personnel may have become overconfident and stopped prescribing HCQ as much.   Thankfully, about the time the unexpected death surge started, India had developed and started distributing a new Home COVID Kit costing about $2.65 per person.  The kit includes Zinc, Doxycycline, and Ivermectin.  Note that India’s early treatment drugs (including HCQ) primarily work by preventing an overreaction (cytokine storm) by the body’s autoimmune system thus allowing it to produce the necessary antibodies early enough to prevent its progression to the severe stage requiring hospitalization and increased risk of death.

Good God why are people still asking this question??

Early intervention works and so do treatment protocols. East Virginia Medical School has been using IVM for over a year and they are obviously not a bunch of quacks. They recently joined FLCCC. The blacklisting of these effective protocols by EVIL medical, political, and media elites is one of the most disgusting things I’ve seen in my lifetime.

“[The author’s doctor] shared that there is no approved early treatment for COVID patients at his level other than to recommend self-quarantine and wait until symptoms either go away or become severe enough to require hospitalization.”

That was exactly the response I got from my doctor AND my immunologist. I asked my doc about his thoughts on the various prophylactic protocols and he said “Follow the CDC guidelines.”

I searched for an infusion center that would deliver the Ely Lilly monoclonal antibodies and got shot down.

None of them were interested in what could be done up-front, at first symptoms, or helping develop a plan to deal with it. It was unbelievably frustrating, unprofessional and a serious indictment of the entire health care system.

CDC Spokesperson: “it will take decades of trials and studies for us to determine the safety and efficacy of possible early treatment protocols. That said, All Americans must take these experimental vaccines for protection from the worst virus we have seen the 2018 Flu.”

Standard US protocol:

Stay home until you are blue, check into hospital and have a tube stuck in your lungs until you are dead. Your heirs or the taxpayers can pay the hospital bill.

Fraud Fauci has killed tens of thousands by playing his game "it has NOT been tested." Who the he$$ cares if it's been tested when the early treatment protocol uses over the counter and prescription drugs that are used by thousands of people every year for other purposes.

Every doctor is allowed to prescribe treatments that are OFF LABEL. If it's approved, it can be used for whatever the doctor and patient decide, it is NONE of Fauci's and his co-conspirators concern.

When I found a frontline doctor after the other half brought C-19 home, I knew that Dr Zelenko had used HCQ+Zn for about 2200 patients with TWO fatalities, ONE was on chemo and the other was 85 years old and already very sick when he started the treatment.

That for even a criminal idiot like Fauci is about 100% success.

FRONTLINE DOCTORS protocol used in treating and preventing C-19. They have now treated over 6000 C-19 patients successfully-Almost ALL recover at home!

Your doctors have proven to me they are idiots as they follow the gubermint hacks no matter how idiotic their advice is. Follow CDC guidelines, what idiots. The two morons with medical degrees would have killed you rather than get off their a$$e$ and do a bit of research like the FRONTLINE Doctors did.

That was exactly my conclusion. I bought Ivermectin and Doxycycline on my own to be prepared.

HCQ and IVM have decades of successful use in other diseases and parasites with billions of doses administered. The risks are very low, especially since the course of treatment for C-19 is short-term unlike treating Lupus where you are on HCQ for life.

And Big Med now does what Deep State tells it.

Something else to thank GWB’s EMR regs for, the demise of independent physicians.

Is this article saying doctors are banned from prescribing or is this still up to the doctor? Who is making this “rule” preventing doctors from correctly treating their patients. Where is the “rule” stated?

I don’t believe there is a “ban” per se.

There is either DISCOURAGEMENT or ANTIPATHY at worst or INDIFFERENCE at best from various government agencies.

The NIH itself is neutral on Ivermectin.

But Doctors in general are cautious. They prefer to follow the CDC guidelines than stray from it for fear of having their license stripped away. Add this to the censorship and fear mongering from Social Media and Mainstream media in general and you have a gigantic combo of negative pressure against any of these treatment.

However, there are scores of doctors nationwide ( many of them who will do Telemedicine for interstate patients ) who will prescribe Ivermectin for Covid-19.

In the US, there is a law which prohibits emergancy use authorization of a vaccine if there is an approved treatment available. Because there is more money to be made on the plandemic, I predict that the US will NOT authorize any alternative treatments.

Follow the money ... just saying.

You might add quercetin and zinc to your daily supplements for a preventative and save ivermectin as a treatment. Quercetin is a supplement which is easily obtained. Q is according to things I've read about 5 times weaker than HCQ. The dose from the article for HCQ is 200 mg so Quercetin is 1000 mg.

ARTICLE Dr. George Fareed and Dr. Brian Tyson share early treatment protocol

One objectoin to using ivermectin as a preventative is that your normal gut bacteria might be adversely affected.

Thanks. I’ve been using the full prophylaxis protocol for about 14 months now - Quercetin, Zinc, Vit D, Vit C, NAC, and Melatonin.

I first got it from Dr. Roger Seheult’s MedCram lectures. Then followed Dr. Marik at EVMS. Then Dr. Fareed. They all pretty much converged on the same supplements and almost identical dosages. Famotidine is sometimes listed as optional, but I don’t take that. I asked my GP what he thought of the prophylaxis protocol. His reply was “Follow the CDC guidelines.” Sheesh, that was helpful.

I haven’t used IVM as a prophylaxis; I just keep it and doxy on hand if symptoms develop.

My wife retired last week. She learned a couple days ago that her boss was diagnosed with COVID the day after their “Happy Retirement” luncheon for my wife. Her office has been ultra-careful and, wouldn’t you know it, she gets exposed on her next-to-last day at work!? So far no symptoms in her or me. We are both vaccinated.
