Drugs and paraphernalia found in Ed Buck’s apartment will likely be admissible as evidence, U.S. District Court Judge Christina A. Snyder ruled on Tuesday.

The items were discovered in the apartment of the political activist while police were investigating the death of Gemmel Moore, who died there July 27, 2017. Buck is charged with supplying meth to him and another man, Timothy Dean, leading to their overdoses and deaths.

Controversy arose over the evidence, which L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies initially said they saw lying about in plain sight. Defense attorneys later learned the deputy had been instructed to open the drawer of the tool chest where the items were found, which would have required a search warrant.

The judge said the location of the items could “be the source of some limited cross-examination,” but ultimately she allowed her earlier ruling to stand.

Ed Buck is California Democrat’s most dangerous secret story.
The biggest Dem names in the last 20 years chummed up to this degenerate. LAPD seems to cover for him.

“LAPD seems to cover for him.”

Maybe they should pump him for some information.

I’m probably getting the chronology wrong—but back when Schitt was persecuting Trump it seems every photograph of him showed him with his eyes bugging out of his head, like, maybe he’d just been jacked up on speed.

Come to think of it, it would have been impossible to do what Schitt devoted his career to do: drive out an elected official with nothing but empty allegations and a handful of co-conspirators. .

This was a crime scene of a death of a dude. Does that actually require a search warrant? If so, it's a death crime scene. How would the cops not have gotten a search warrant?
