Federal prosecutors agreed that Haak will not need to register as a sex offender for his misdemeanor offense, a court memorandum filed on Tuesday reads.In a sentencing memorandum filed by Haak's lawyers last week, they said Haak "has accepted responsibility for his conduct and offers no excuses," but hoped the court would consider that the longtime pilot and US Air Force veteran has "led a good life, served our country, raised a family and worked hard."

I feel bad for the female pilot who had to see this 60 year old guy nude...Or maybe this guy is in a great shape...
Why didn't this guy go home and do that stuff in front of his wife? I am assuming that he was married when this happened...I have no idea...Maybe the guy is divorced...
He does not have to register as a sex offender...I am sure he is very glad that he does not have to do that.
