This is a list of all cryptocurrencies, what their costs are per coin, what they have done + or - in value, in the last hour, last 24 hours, and last 7 days.
I personally am not in any of the cryptocurrencies and I am not in any way recommending doing so. This is just meant to assist you, if you are thinking of doing so.
This list of thousands of crypto currencies shows exactly what is wrong with them.
Sure there is a limited supply of any one coin, but anyone with a computer can make a brand new currency. Money supply expands faster and more easily than fiat.
If YOU would like to be on a CRYPTO PING LIST, please pm me.
The Crypto Ping List covers the following:
Bitcoin
Ethereum
Other coins built on the Ethereum
blockchain mining
etc.
Thanks! For it - or ag'in it, it'll be a wild ride.

They are more like assets - stocks - than currency...
“They are more like assets - stocks - than currency...”
An asset like a stock or a bond has some productive value. You expect it to be worth more in future. Crypto is more like investing in casino chips.
I keep pointing that, usually to an audience of crickets.
As the central banks and big financial entities roll out professionally designed coins that can meet the demands of widescale use, all these hobbyist coins will bleed out badly.
You haven't been around the whole stock market have you??
Then things that go public without productive value are many.
Still, investors invest for more than "productive value."
That's what makes a market.
Sounds like crypto is a bad choice for you.
To use the stock analogy, these hobbyist coins are like pink/gray sheet penny stocks. As soon as blue chip stocks get listed, who in thier right mind thinks a majority of people will want thier funds sitting in dodgy penny stocks?
Well I see only 200, but there may be thousands someday. Many will go bust as well.
Playing this like any other commodity, may produce some really big money if you get in at the right price, and get out at its apex.
I still believe precious metals will be the long range thing to have. If you play the game right, you might end up with even more precious metals then you could with just the fiat currency you may currently have.

Please add me to the crypto list.
Thanks!

I bought $250 worth which went to $470 and shortly afterwards, I pulled $300 back to cash so I can’t complain. Pulled the cash to buy rear tractor tires. My remaining crypto is sitting at $93.
I think they’ll get whittled down to a couple of dozen once a few of them see a lot of real world use, leaving the others behind. Many of them are more about using the blockchain technology in real life and not so much as an alternative currency. ALGO is the only one I have now but I did have half in BAT which is by the Brave browser people.
BAT gets real world use by being ties into the Brave browser. You can leave content creators a tip in BAT. They also give you BAT if you allow desktops notifications to be turned on that are links to websites. I’ve earned 4.25 BAT (aka $3.20 currently) and I rarely click the links. You don’t have to click them to earn.
ALGO has a bunch of real world use cases in the works. Merely holding ALGO also earns you a little money. I’ve earned $1.50 so far. Been in for 3 1/2 months.
IIRC, there are over 300 currency exchanges. I believe the most popular is Coinbase. That’s what I use.
FWIW
DONE!
At the end of the 200 visible is a button to "Load More". or https://www.coingecko.com/en 78 pages worth with 100 per page. There are many thousands already and yes, most of them will go no where or disappear. 7,800 cryptos -- insane.
I started “MiltieGeld” over lunch. Blockchained, darkweb enabled, limited issue, and used as currency in Ukiah.
Buy in us $100,000 per “Milt.”
Who is in?
where is Freepercoin
when we need it?
Remember the .com crash of the 90s. I do as my IRA lost about 1/3 of it’s value because of that. Look out cryptocurrency crash. Don’t invest more than you can stand to lose.
Not knocking you posting the list.
If you are going to base any “investment” on its “activity” you are going to be a day late and a dollar short.
Use the list to identify Cryptos that appear to be large and “solid.” Then take some time to figure out what they are for—and what they do. Take some time to understand their relative features and benefits.
Otherwise, just buy the top 5, and then go away for 5 years.
All ya gotta do is believe.
