Everyone knew from the very first message that the “racist” was likely black. They were all afraid to say it, but surely they knew. This is the case with well over 90% of all hate crimes that involve threats, fliers, nooses, spray painted messages, etc. How are they supposed to perpetuate myths of racism, white supremacists and discrimination if whitey won’t act like a caricature of a klansman?

They need to start not only charging hoaxers with race hate crimes but also for inciting hate where there is none, for committing fraud and attempting to commit fraud, falsifying a crime where there is none, fostering hate in the community, slandering/libeling an entire race of people they know did not commit the act, they did, inciting the community along racial lines, damaging race relations, attempting to fraudulently influence political and school policies
