Were the wailing victims of this heinous crime any less terrorized by ...an instagram message...just because a black girl sent it? I remember the mother of all fake hate crimes the Tawana Brawley fiasco. Immediately the first red flag for me was in 1987 the Wappingers Falls PD, like the NYPD, Chicago, LA and many municipalities were using downsized Plymouth Furys, built on the old Valiant and Dart platform from the late 60’s. Those cars when set up with all the police equipment barely had enough room in the back seat to haul suspects around in, let alone do the nasty.
