I almost never feel a hunger pain in my stomach that tells me to eat. It’s always a headache that tells me to eat. I had always thought that was due to low blood sugar, but my doctors always tell me my blood sugar levels are fine. I am in pretty good shape for being fifty five years old, and remain relatively thin. I always eat my regular meals, but have to nibble on stuff all day to stop the headaches.
