So, today my DH got his 2nd Pfizer shot.
He showed me he got a card for it.
I took a close look, and it's not just a card from his employer that administered the shots.
It's a federal-level card issued by Dept. of Health & Human Services (HHS).

Yeah, I have one - issued when I got my Johnson and Johnson vaccine shot. Someone else posted the info from theirs unthread (description, not picture).
I already plan to be a pain in the ass to any store requesting proof of vaccination. Since the are asking for medical information I will be asking for a printed copy of their HIPAA compliance policy and proof of the HIPAA training or certification the person asking for my vaccine ID has received. If they actually do have any HIPAA info I will clog up their entry line to read it.

Everyone is given a vaccines card/booklet issued by the govt when they received their past immunization shots. This is not the first. It’s just the first time the public may be held hostage over it.

I have never gotten any such cards. Not that I know of. Our son has not. He only has a nice convenient book the hospital and doctor gave us. In which they can easily fill in all vaccines and other issues.
And this card is printed with COVID specifically.
I have my federal form showing I’ve been vaccinated. I full well knew that sooner or later this little card would be a golden ticket if not a passport and that in part was my motivation to get the vaccine. I joke that I had my pharmacist also give me rabies and distemper shots in case I bite someone.
The petit tyrant governor’s will most certainly use the proof of vaccination as the test of fielty now they can no longer mandate masks and absurd social distaning. So expect to now be asked to show your papers just like in the days of the Gestapo

It came out back when the vaccines had been announced- April of 2020.. Came out after the two initial ones were released to public. Search “Merck announces will not manufacture covid vaccine” or to that effect. Very interesting statement from their research people. Merck being the number one vaccine/ injection therapeutics manufacturer made it more so— to focus on truly effective anti-viral therapeutics.
