Paul seems like a nice dude, smokes a ton of weed though. All the time.

Yeah, those muscles have nothing to do with accommodation or characteristics of the lens or cornea.

Spot on characterization. A truly gifted man with his roots firmly planted. Cheers!

Similar category and experience as you.

My grandmother taught me (and my sisters) the same eye exercise back in the late ‘40s

Haven’t done them daily but several time a week when I remember to - much more now than earlier in life.

“I don’t see how it would help with actual vision”

My understanding is that the muscles determine the shape of the eyeball. Good muscle tone = proper shape = higher probability of correct vision.

It’s mechanics.

Lenses harden. Period.

I’m nearsighted. When I was a teen, I could focus anywhere between 1/2” to 18”. Now, in my 60s, I can only focus at 18”. I have the same exact prescription I had when I was 12.

Can not possibly hear enough of these amazing facts about fellow American and all-around tough guy, Chuck Norris.

Thank you for adding to this priceless national treasury, Mr. K!

(Or is it, Mr. Kite? Big ups for all the stunning tricks you yourself perform on Saturday at BishopsGate.)

McCartney must be the coolest guy who ever lived.

There is no pretentiousness in him. When you listen to him you get exactly what he thinks, no BS, no acting.

It is so refreshing just to watch an interview with him.

LOL! Ringo is not much of an intellect but he seems to be a very likable and unpretentious guy. Kind of like the Yogi Berra of the music world.

Dont you all remember that Mariette Hartley pushed this method in the early 2000’s? The commercials were everywhere.

It was just a dumb ripoff of a Ringo song’s lyrics.

Don’t know about his eyesight, but Ringo looks amazing for 80 years old! He says it’s from eating carrots!

Another good and easy exercise is to look at your thumb. Keep it about 3 inches from your nose and look at a spot about 20-30 feet away. Look back and forth.

The other one is to look at your thumb with your arm outstretched and bring it in close to your eyes then out again. Do it back and forth a few times.
