Do you see a transgender Brigade of Kornhole Komrades marching the high step?
\
No you didn’t.
But we got ‘em.
It will not end well.
Or that all gay Navy helicopter team doing an overflight with the LGBT Rainbow Flag.
With the nightly barracks sequestered for LGBTQ, so the real soldiers are not kept awake by the blowing sucking and communal showers.
No more hateful thing could be perpetrated on patriots within our military.
Twenty million Russian dead in World War II. Many deaths can be attributed to the Soviet method of combat and many more to just plain incompetence, but one cannot ignore the sacrifice. In many ways it was Iran versus Iraq, but played in the 1940s. We could not afford Hitler winning, but the aftermath of Stalin winning wasn’t so great for Eastern Europe either. And of course the Russians today (and the Soviets then) never mention Allied support in the way of convoys to Murmansk and material supplied via those convoys and overland through Iran.
Celebrating the Soviet Union is a no no. Stalin was a bad dude.
No one is explicitly celebrating the Soviet Union. They are celebrating the victory over Hitler and Fascism, it just happens that the Soviet Union existed at that time and the victory was under that flag.
It’s also very unlikely that the allied victory wouldn’t have gone the way it did if the Soviets were not making Hitler bleed on the Eastern Front. It’s easiest to just acknowledge that both the US and the USSR made the victory possible. The Russians freely admit this, only the US tries to be to arrogant as to ignore the importance of the Russians.
Lets not forget that the Soviets initially allied with the Nazis.
Russians at least celebrate their history unlike the West that wants to cancel everything that ever happened. History is history, the good and the bad.
"...at the time of the Nazi-Soviet Pact, the Communists suddenly transformed the 'Anti-Nazi League' into the "Hollywood Peace Forum," calling for American neutrality and using the slogan 'Let's Skip the Next War.'..."

Meanwhile we’re making sure women can wear pony tails, that we have lady generals and admirals, and that we have gay, lesbians and trannys in the trenches. This is not to demean women pilots or those that have paid their dues.
Stalin murdered roughly 3 times as many innocent people as did Hitler. Before Hitler turned on Stalin the 2 had signed a non-aggression pact, which basically paved the way for Hitler and the Nazi movement.
Yeah, KGB/FSB Putin really longs for the days of the old murderous Soviet Union, aka "Evil Empire".

"the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the [20th] century" -Russian leader Vladimir Putin on the collapse of the Soviet Union...
"World democratic opinion has yet to realize the alarming implications of President Vladimir Putin's State of the Union speech on April 25, 2005, in which he said that the collapse of the Soviet Union represented the 'greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the century.'..."
"The more I see and read about Mr. Putin, in power since 1999, and his 'managed democracy,' the more apprehensive I become about the future of Russia and the safety of its neighbors.
If Putin believes that the dissolution of the Soviet Union into 15 independent states represents the 'greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the century,' then it follows that Putin might well believe he should do something to repair the loss..."

You are one sick misguided puppy!
How you pro-Russia creeps are allowed to remain on this website all of these years doing what you do is a great mystery to me (not really).
Meanwhile in Germany, a year earlier....
Looks like it was about 25 degrees out, but still everyone showed. The Rooskies certainly have their own brand of stagecraft, with the big generals coming out and having the troops holler real good just to get the show started.
And of course give credit, the young ladies were very cute dressed up in their cold weather gear.
Trolling successful!
***Lets not forget that the Soviets initially allied with the Nazis.***
Birds of a feather...
“Controversial problems [between Germany and Russia] did not, in my opinion, exist anywhere along the line from the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea and to the Far East. In addition, despite all the divergencies in their views of life, there was one thing common to the ideology of Germany, Italy and the Soviet Union: opposition to the capitalist democracies in the West.”—Julius Schnurre, Nazi trade rep to Russia.
