Gov. Tom Wolf signed legislation allowing for restaurants and hotels with a valid liquor license to serve prepared beverages and mixed drinks during the pandemic. The law required drinks to be packaged in a container with a lid, and drinks could not exceed 64 ounces per transaction.

My “to-go” drinks are in the kitchen and all I have to worry about is the intersection of the family room hallway!😀

The State only cares about the tax revenue alcohol sales generate. They don’t care if there are more drunk drivers on the road.

You can buy them in liqueur stores and beer stores and maybe grocery stores already.

Here's a great business model for pandemic times: Cocktails on the go via food truck. They could drive around the neighborhood at cocktail hour delivering exotic and old standby cocktails to the front door.

I don't drink anymore but I sure do like to see other people have fun.

actually, the state loves more drunk drivers on the road, they are a great revenue source with the fines etc.

Years ago in Florida, ABC liquor had a drive through window where you could order drinks to go. When I lived there, the weren’t selling drinks, but still had the drive through window
