Judge denied the TRO but ruled Cyber Ninja’s will have to unseal their procedures. We’ll soon be able to understand exactly what they’re doing in the Maricopa Arena.
The Dems will appeal the ruling.

IMHO, the reason the Auditors are fighting the confidentiality and disclosures so hard is because they expect the judge to rule against them. This will set a precedent if and when the fight to examine the Dominion source code. goes hard.

The intent is not to release information until the audit is completed.

Leaks before-hand might be right, might be fantasy, or might be deliberate misinformation.
