I keep reading that systemic fraud has already been found (something like 600K votes, IIRC from GAW). Not sure if that’s been officially confirmed.
Me too. With this judge’s history and previous comments, I thought for sure there would at minimum be a “pause”.
Cool. I was curious how merely inspecting ballots would somehow break the sanctity (privacy) of the voters. I recall reading even before the election that there was dispute, in Nevada specifically but maybe other places, that the signature envelopes were separated from the ballots thereby preventing any real audit. You could audit the envelopes and the ballots but never know which ballots came from which envelope.
I am interested to learn more about the process. Indeed if they find some series of ballots e.g. 10,000 sequentially stacked ballots all for the same candidate(s) and all using the same ink, statistically that would strongly suggest ballot stuffing.

The Arizona auditors have made it clear that results will be not be released piecemeal. Only when it is concluded will they results all the results.
I thought they already did that last Friday, so the audit continued Sat and this week.
Was this latest incident a second try by the Dems to throw a monkey wrench into the audit?

The Democrats had their chance to shut the audit down via restraining order but refused to put up the one million dollar performance bond, so perhaps that ship has sailed.
I predict that the judge is going to allow the audit to remain confidential as well.
Why?
IMHO, the reason the Auditors are fighting the confidentiality and disclosures so hard is because they expect the judge to rule against them. This will set a precedent if and when the fight to examine the Dominion source code. goes hard.
I would’ve lost that bet. Since the SCOTUS has demonstrated that they are owned by the DC deep state criminal cabal, maybe they’ll next try for an emergency appeal to the SCOTUS. If that happens and the SCOTUS takes it, these forensic vote fraud audits will be over for all states.
Dont get too excited. This motion was granted to offset the biased orders he will issue later when the evidence is known.
