I'm actually surprised that the judge didn't just ram this through, regardless of the law or public opinion.

The Democrats had their chance to shut the audit down via restraining order but refused to put up the one million dollar performance bond, so perhaps that ship has sailed.

I predict that the judge is going to allow the audit to remain confidential as well.

Why?

IMHO, the reason the Auditors are fighting the confidentiality and disclosures so hard is because they expect the judge to rule against them. This will set a precedent if and when the fight to examine the Dominion source code. goes hard.
