So perhaps they need to offer more money.

The pandemic benefits are wrecking the economy. Folks will get in the habit of that, riot when they try to cut it off and it will become a welfare habit. We are headed for chaos because of all of this. They’ll need more illegals to fill those jobs. This is beyond crazy.

There’s a chain of McDonalds in FL offering $50 just to show for an interview and they can’t get people.

How are these great small businesses supposed to compete with the govt handing out free TAXPAYER money? Clearly you have never owned a small business and know the true cost of an hourly wage.

That’s exactly what is happening in retail, restaurants, etc. People just can’t be bothered for those wages and must still be masked up.

I have to compete with indentured H-1B slaves in my IT career so small greedy business owners can shove it and pay up. Or learn to code.

Sooner or later the rest of the world is going to figure out lending money to the United States is nuts . In Venezuela currency has become so worthless it literally gathers in the streets like trash. The sad part is we can no longer vote our way out, just like Venezuela.

A bunch of big box stores have help wanted signs up in my midwest metro area. Area unemployment rate is supposedly at 5%. I suspect a bunch of old folks said the heck with it and retired until WuFlu blows over.
