How are these great small businesses supposed to compete with the govt handing out free TAXPAYER money? Clearly you have never owned a small business and know the true cost of an hourly wage.
Ha ha. I have to compete with indentured H-1B slaves in my IT career so small greedy business owners can shove it and pay up. Or learn to code.
What small businesses will need to do is try and become mom and pop/family stores instead of hiring. If they can not, then they need to try and offer incentives of some sort.
